after 6 years of continuous contracts with Vodacom, today we reach the end of the journey having you as our service provider. I recently cancelled my contact with Vodacom and instead of receiving a call to confirm the cancelation i get an email that the contact is cancelled. however somehow Vodacom decides to hand over my account. what makes you think you can do that to a client who has been loyal to their commitment with you? So angry, so disappointed

On the 10th I went to buy ceiling material and tiles. Besides the inconvenience of having to go to two separate departments to confirm my orders We were told We can’t pay at the building department for the tiles and that We must confirm if the stock is available from both departments separately, After the ups and downs we went to pay But was told delivery has to be for the 16th six days after. We accepted paid and left but guess what the order did not come. I paid and received nothing. We called their call center spoke to ntibaleng who got my query but didn’t call back with a resolution and that was the second call, we then called back and spoke to khethiwe who called back and accused us of not paying in full. According to her only the tiles were paid for and not the ceiling material. The builders came and left, today it’s Friday night they said they will come back tomorrow morning and guess what still no delivery. This is costing me more than it should , the unnecessary expense is too much and it makes me wonder who will compensate me and my husband for the costs and all of what we going through
I moved into a new residence in 2016, the previous owner was using ADT . Considering this was our first home we decided to continue with ADT so a sales consultant was in touch with us and we signed our new contract. Considering this was our first home the sales consultant in my views forgot to treat me an my family in a fare manner because he left us to use all the previous owners security equipments- changing only power series which holds the battery. Understandably so an enquiry was made for we were looking at upgrade our security and adding beams, the very same sales consultant was called in and i asked him about the old equipment we have he he ignored that question concentration mostly n offering the beams. to me hat says my initial problem wit ADT has not been resolved. Life continued and i was given a quote which costed an arm and a leg. By the grace of the Lord i have never had a brake in yet my premiums keep on going up, I have a technician attend to a few faults and i have paid every single time. Even for the smallest faults and even for a ADTs negligence of not updating their systems. Why must updating your equipments be my responsibility when you have sworn to take care of my homes security needs. Or is it your aim to ensure our equipment wears and tears and you make money of us bit by bit instead of prioritising our home security and ensuring the systems we have are upto date. i mean even the banks change this clients bank cards every 5years -You are failing to educate your clients -you fail to ensure your clients are fully secure by ensuring their equipments are unto date - You are failing to secure your clients by responding to the Alarm response in time - you failing to secure your clients security by not calling back every time they call you back - your failing to secure your clients by being dishonest and not transparent -your failing to secure your clients for not even once have i received a call from you going me an update if my home is at risk for any other reason. You only know am at risk if i tel you. Why are you not proactive an inform us if you are not getting a signal from a client -your failing to secure your clients for when a car calls out and i am called by the guard asking for directions from me, the person who needs help and is under the impression their home is secured, yet the same person who is ought to secure my home is lost These are the effects of being an ADT client. To top everything up Saturday the power supply smelt like the is a burning wire, maybe cos it is too old and its wearing out. After that it stopped working. I immediately called ADT and was promised a call back five minuets after i was told to remove the back wire of the battery (likely i didn't explode) i did that and after there was no call back i took it back and it was still not working. I called gain and was told there is a note a technician will call me back between 7:30 and 8:00. Sunday i called just to double check considering its ADT am dealing with and i was told yes thee is a note on the system. Guess what Monday i got no call. My husband called at work and after a hassle they promised to come at 5pm. And now its 5:45 and no-one has showed up and no-one has called us. At this precent moment our home is not secured yet month-end ADT will deduct their instalment and not even consider he risk they have placed me and my family in ADT your service is really bad, currently am shopping around for new business because I had had more that i can take
