I have done +3 follow-ups on the refund for the order placed on 26 January 2026. On Friday, 6 February, I received confirmation that my documents had been received and that the refund would be processed. However, to date, I have not yet received the payment. I am concerned about the delay, as I have not been provided with any further communication regarding the status of the refund. I would appreciate it if the payment will be finalised.
I dropped off my car on the 18th of August and collected at Bens Auto Clinic. I have never experienced the battery problem in my automatic car since bought in 2022. I had to ask my colleague to jump-start the car so that I can go home, the worse part I did not even reach home and I am not getting asstance from Grand Auto Body and Activate by ABSA.
I have a contract with Vodacom, I made a payment of R 530 by the 31st of March 2025 however; it is not allocated in the statement of May. I do not understand why the statement shows that I am owing while i made payment and I have sent proof of payment twice to customercare@vodacom.co.za I received this response "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly" There is no Vodacom network coverage where ia ma staying, I am unable to make a call.
I app**** for a Fasta card; I received a virtual card that have not used it and I and I never used the funds in a card. Money was debited from my account while i have never used the card. I requested a refund, as I cannot pay instalment for money that was not utilised and i have not received a refund.
I just applied for vodacom cellphone contract and i was called from call centre. I am loving the phone the problem is the billing. I was not informed that i have to make payment within 24 hrs, if i knew i was not gonna take it at all. My debit date is 25th and today i receive invoice that i am owing - R663 and there was money already debited twice from my account. I declined a call about insurance but on the invoice i received there is insurance. I want to cancel contract but i have been told it is over a month now, i was suppose to do that within 7 days of receiving the phone if was not happy. I got the invoice today in my email and a di found what i was not happy about it. A consultant Khethiwe(who refused to give me her surname and kept me on the for more than 25 minutes) could not answer why vodacom debit from my account before sending me invoice.
I made withdraw of my investment through the app and it showed that the payout date is 03/12/2019. Even today on the 14/12/2019 I haven't received money and it is a 7 days notice
Last week friday I bought R150 mtn airtime, money was deducted from my account but I never received the airtime. On monday I went to FNB Ghandi Square they said I must call online banking and I was told that mtn it's the one with network problem. I called mtn on the following day I was told that I must go to the bank and call while I am there. Today I bought telkom airtime R30, the money was deducted from my account and I haven't received the airtime.
