Very bad service, while we waiting to be assisted staff members are chatting.
For the past 6 months I have been making numerous calls and making countless payments but till to this day i am told my policies are not up to date and i still dont understand what is it that is being escalated every month but still not resolved. I think i should just cut my losses and find a provider who will work with me. Ive had Old Mutual Products from 2017 but till to this day I am never given a satafactory service. This is too much.
Ive recieved very Bad Service from the OLD Mutual Office in Braamfntein. Ive been trying to reset my pin from Monday morning and till to this hour im not assisted. The lady at the reception said that if I dont get an sms then thats my problem she cant assist me and I just got off the call with the call centre department and im told from their side there is no attemp to request for my pin reset from the Branch so my whole week has gone to waste. The reception lady was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL and she showed little to NO EFFORT of assisting me.

This morning I got an sms about a debit order I had not authorized and i called in. Can someone please call me s that we clarify the matter further to avoid such happening in future. Thanks,

I have been struggling to submit my returns online ant this morning i called SARS and i was assisted by a very professional and patient lady by the name of ADELINA. She assisted me step by step and made sure i was compeletely satisfied whith my submissions. She made my day and thanks to her my returns are completed successfully.
I sent a mail last week regarding my policy and kindly requested that an agent call me back but i am still waiting even now. How long does it take to call a client back? Ref---- GSENQ5800096-----
I would like to take this opportunity and say thank you very much to Katlego from the Braamfontein Old Mutual Offices in Jorissen Stree. I walked into the Branch very stressed, upset and I just had a lot in my mind in general. He took his time to talk to me and also guide me on what i could do to get the best outcome of my current situatio. He loves his job, knows the product and above all he knows how to work with people. I would like to express my appreciation of very good service from Natalie Ford of the Service Seta. From February I have been struggling to get assistance or even feedback regarding stipends from two of my interns. Even though the query is not yet resolved but I appreciate the fact that she took time to reply to respond to my email and assured me she will get back to me soon as she gets feedback from the relevant department.
