Unfortunately there isn't a lower rating option.For the last 4 weeks the DSTV LTE internet is off at least every 2nd day and there is nothing that can be done except waiting until it comes back again. DSTV does not have answer except for upgrades being done on the system. The question is how long must we be satisfied with such a lame answer. This is not an issue just on my service. It is an all over problem. Every time the LTE service is off I have to use mobile data. In the meantime I still have to pay for a service not provided.

Three weeks ago we activated the LTE internet option. Since then the internet has been off at least twice a week. They tell you to reboot, restart, factory reset etc etc. Sometimes internet is restored but sometimes only a day later. This is unacceptable and a solution has to be found ASAP.
Two times they phone me. I tell them it is my mother's account and They may speak to me because my parents are travelling. Then they just put down the phone while I am still talking. This is just plain rude.
Internet off for 2nd day now and we are up and down, escalating but getting nowhere. Vumatel in my area is not the problem.
This company advertise item as a 3rd party seller on the Makro website. I ordered a S/Steel foldable charcoal braai the first time and received something not remotely the same as per the adverti*****t. Returned it and ordered the same item again as per the image. Guess what....I received a product nothing like the image again. Are they hoping the customer will just ignore the issue???
I logged onto the website to initiate a claim. The website says log into the App and start the claim which I did. I was unable to finish the claim because the App indicated that someone will call me back to finalize the claim. This was Thursday 2025/04/10 and it is already Sunday 2025/04/13 and nobody called to assist with the claim.

A week has past since receiving a replacement dstv fiber internet router. A week without internet and the ability to stream. I depleted the air time of 2 cellphone accounts trying to sort it out but nothing. Promises,promises and more promises but nothing was solve. I had to resort to prepaid data in order to keep security and solar systems operational. If I say my patience has reached its limits it is a understatement. DSTV can be sure of one thing...I expect a discount on next month's premium because this is not my issue to solve.
I received a bew internet router this morning and for ghe shole day I am struggling to get the new router connected but without success. Every time I phone I get a different story. Why can the walk in centre not setup the router for a plug and play installation
