I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za, Kyla Knoetze had contacted myself and gave great service. Friendly and to the point which I enjoyed in the conversation and had me comitted to an upgrade in my policy.
Made a purchase on website 02-01-2026 no sms recieved as they said would happen, asked if my order could be delivered to my work address instead my home. No reply what so ever, phoned and it just rings and rings.
Had a exellent experience with Peter on the phone today, in no time sorted my query regarding debit order. Thank you santam for employing a man like Peter
Technical dept. for mweb’s tel number doesn’t work, third time trying and left hanging trying to chat via web assist. Builders removed my junction bow on outer wall now left dangling. Conduit pipe’s gonna brake soon
Order # 166506873, paid for and was deducted from my bank in full. See later order cancelled by takealot, short delivered on various items???
The school hosted a formidable revue with “Around the world” professionalism, rhythm, great song selection and students participation was phenomenal. Well done to all participant's, teachers, parents and the pupils.
Went to pharmacy to purchase meds, card system offline. Went to purchase pool chemicals, card declined twice?? Went to buy dog food and blanket, card declined 3times….whose’s gonna pay the decline amounts as you love to charge your clients the penalty for declined transactions. Would’ve thought you to inform the clients a problem arose and you’re working to solve it….nadda!!!!
Having problem with mail, trying to speak with technitian rather as tobi doesn’t share this problem solving info. All settings were matched as per website and warning mail was sent. Still not able to speak with real person or sending a mail. What and how to from here??
CA114898521 Must be something wrong with my vision, my bamk acc still reads same as last week in balance. Despite being sent an email as you do not respond for public view, " keep an eye on your bank acc. as the remaining balance was deposited into my acc after I made public via Hellopeter how MTN has now a second time allowed a fraudulant account to be opened with my ID. Being debited R7923,61 and reimbursed with just over R2000 is still NOT MY MONIES paid back. Thank you for the prompt response Bianca Venter ( fraud department) to let me know in your mail last week the monies are still not in my account. The real Gavin
Dear Mtn South Africa Let me introduce you to my great friend Peter, seeing you going quiet in replies via mails and ignoring any correspondence to me contacting your fraud department. My investigating ticket nr CA114898521 in my understanding is not completed, seeing mtn only reimburst me a total amounting R 2740.04 after debitting me a value of R 7923.61. This now a second time your institution allows identity theft to happen, this is the real Gavin Pelser writing your review and making public the rotten service people could expect via MTN when I don't even have an account with your institution. The service via the fraud team in the beginning was great untill the above mentioned amount was refunded. This incident took place on the 22nd of Feb and still ongoing. So how long are youto keep my money as your own??????
