UNRELIABLE SERVICE
Most Unreliable service from Sure Swipe, We have been trying to get Two card machines from Sure swipe through Humble pos for a month. Very little to No feed back ( Only feedback has been excuses from Humble Pos ) Absolute waist of time. I Definitely would Not recommend making use of Sure swipe services.

Poor Insurance VODACOM
I recently logged a claim for one of the devises on my contract the was stolen. Mbele was very efficient and helpful in processing the claim however that is as far as the good level of service has gone with vodacom insurance. I was advised by Mbele to go to any vodashop and they will replace the handset in store. I have located a store with stock of the devises ( Vodashop Vodacom 4U, at the V&A Waterfront ) and was advised by the shop assistant ( Mr Toffee ) that they would rather provide the devises that they do have in stock to New contracts or upgrades before they would provide for any insurance replacement as a last resort. ( Bit unethical ) There seems to be a great lack of interest in finalising a claim through Vodacom insurance.

Faulty Router & No assistance
I Purchased a Huawei Router through Afrhost and signed up to monthly hosting too only to find that after 7 months later that the Huawei router they supplied power cable is faulty and No stores has stock of the compatable ( Comparative) power cable. When I contacted Afrihost to request they Please provide me and charge me for a new cable ( Not asking for a free cable ) I was informed sorry there is nothing they can do or can't assist in any way possible. Up until now the Router / wifi has been great however I can't say the same for Afrihost client service. When you can't connect they are simply Not interested in assisting.

No hope for Neotel
I have been trying for months to have a number ported from Neotel without success, Impossible to get them to answer the phone and impossible to get them to response to emails or request. No hope for neotel
