Nothing new with awaiting a refund from Woolworths... I've been contacted twice from agents and still no refund from the 12th November. I hope that the agent that attempted to call me today, calls back as I've responded to the email sent to me.
How many time did we have to give you guys our address and you still got it wrong after the sender corrected it... Really make sure with you customers that their address is correct. Update your systems and you delivery guys.

Moorgate Residential Complex We have been without hot water for two days. We sent an email yesterday and only got a response today. Non of the contact numbers are working. This is really unprofessional and a waste of our money. Please send someone to get the hot water running! And work on being more interactive with working contact information.
I purchased 18 helium Baloons from the store on Saturday, 11th September and when I got home ready to set up, only to find later that evening some Baloons weren't floating. Please ensure that better quality heliem is used for future purchases, as I hope that I am not the only one that's experienced this.
In January 2021 I purchased the Genesis 4in1 vacuum from Game Store in Cresta. It was working fine until I picked up problems with it. I returned it to Game Cresta, however because of the 14 day return from purchase I couldn't get a refund, yet it was still in the warranty period. Verimark then calls me to say the motor is fine but I'm going to need to pay to get the brush fixed. I fail to understand that I must pay to get the brush fixed when it is included in my warranty. I had this vaccum for six months and I quote "in case of manufacturering or material defect occurs within the warranty period, we will gladly repair the item FREE of charge". I advised them not to fix the brush because I'm not paying for something that is part of the warranty, I paid a lot for this vacuum and I intend on getting a fixed one or refund for my money’s worth! In addition the extension pipe is very poor quality as it broke on both ends which isn't part of the warranty.
Still waiting for my money. After I sent numerous emails and wasted my airtime. I waited since last year for my item as I wrote a previous review and still nothing! Woolworths is pathetic and should not have an online store!
Woolworths needs to reorganise and have a view on how to run an online shop/app. I have been waiting since 24 Dec for an order. They delivered on Saturday but no one was home as shopping needs to done. And since then I have been calling in sending email. Absolutely pathetic service. And no one can assist me. No location on my product either.
Pathetic. That's all I have to say. Online chats. Pathetic. Agents are working from home but take forever to respond. How can you not track you delivery vehicles?
