Made a deposit on their debit order Ozwow platform and received an sms from the bank stating money went off my account. The Ozwow platform was on the 'Confirming Payment' page and hanged as it never switched back to the 'Return to Merchant' page, however my account still doesn't reflect the deposit despite funds been taken off my account! The accounts department want a proof of payment to which I can only provide a screenshot of what went off my bank account, since it was a debit order instruction. This is apparently not suffice in their eyes but I can't send them a remittance advice since it went off via debit instruction from an external application.
I had an issue with my Samsung Front loader which involved the drum bearings needing to be replaced. At first Gau Appliance Repairs was quick to reply to my online request for assistance. They stripped my machine and took the essentials which required servicing and returned the next day with the parts to rebuild my machine. Once built they did do a simulation test which seemed satisfactory at the time although there was no laundry in the machine for the test. 5 Hours later I put on a load to wash and whilst the bearing issue is fixed I now sit with a bigger issue in that my machine when trying to drain the water completely trips my main power. When trying to reach Gau Appliances after hours for assistance on an issue that they clearly the cause of there is no after hours emergency contact details which I find short sighted. I am most annoyed and after paying R2,600.00 I expect better service than this!
For anyone wishing to seek out affordable air travel with quality service then best stay away from Kulula.com as they lure your with affordable pricing but not once have they kept to their flight schedule! They twice delayed my flight to Cape Town and now when I have to fly back to Johannesburg they delayed the return flight by three hours. When one wishes to catch an earlier flight they wish to charge you for administration costs, yet it is their error why your flight is delayed to begin with! If this is how they wish to do business - to be penny wise and pound foolish - then they must not amend my ticket and I will for the LAST TIME board their flight.
Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in amending my policy from a third party cover to comprehensive insurance whilst ensuring my premium was still affordable.
