I am very disappointed with the service provided at the spur cornubia branch I am a loyal customer of spur and today was my worst experience ever and I don't plan to ever going back to the branch at cornubia but I am writing this email so this don't happen again to another customer today (15 March 2026) I made my way to spur cornubia my wait was around one hour but I didn't mind because good food takes time to prepare but when I asked the waiters why is my food taking long because other customers who ordered after me that already ate and paid the bill while I still wait for my meal at this point I knew something wasn't right only to find out my meal was taken by someone else and I had to wait I did advise the manager and the store manager about the situation the manager tried his best to keep me happy because he knew I was a fami**** face and even offered to give me the meal for free but I was disappointed and disgusted with this situation and had to leave the store.
Good Evening Glen Hope you well Please can you address a matter at the store at Riverhorse branch the service was extremely disturbing and unprofessional , I wanted to purchase a item from the store and went on the website to see if its in stock at the branch which it was I have also called in and was advised the item is in stock when I arrive at the branch I was told they don't have stock and won't be unable to assist me , don't you think this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed accordingly I have spoked to about three[Rivi, Mayen , Jorge] managers thus far and no feedback is been provided I have even called Jorge Oakes. Please can you assist and update me with feedback regarding this I won't be purchasing from this store again due to the bad customer service, but please put measures to place to prevent this from happening to another client in the future.
Service is bad , staff is not friendly, I purchased a inverter and batteries on the 7/10/2023 and was told it will be delivered to me on the 9/10/2023 and I am still waiting I have called the store asking to speak to a manager but they don't want to take my calls or assist me in any way which I feel is unprofessional.
Good day, I'm very unhappy with this product I have been buying this noodles for years I'm a loyal customer but today I couldn't understand why the noodles didn't have the flavor sachet so I didn't mind I opened four packs after this and had the same problem. Discovery staff is beyond words I asked to change a number and banking deatils also, they have no idea what's happening they put the wrong number 3 times how can you employ people like this. And my banking deatils I have sent the documents required but they asking for the same documents that was attached. I think they level of education it not there.
