Disgusting disgraceful service from BANKMED. Parents have been with them over 20 years. Ever since Candice Bruinger left a few months ago, service has gone into the gutter. Unhelpful, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE staff with attitude. NO COMPLAINTS MANAGERS EVER BOTHER TO CALL YOU BACK.
Disgusting service from Standard bank insurance OLD OUTDATED NUMBERS. Takes over 3 days to call a client back. Asked for help at branch level. CANDACE, EMMANUEL,GIFT ABSOLUTELY USELESS PATHETIC AND ARROGANT. NO HELP RECEIVED!!! DISGRACEFUL SERVICE

I've emailed them a few times over the last few days only getting reference numbers. No CALL BACK. IS THIS THE KIND OF ******* PATHETIC SERVICE YOU'LL GIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I SHUDDER TO THINK WHAT WILL BE THE RESPONSE SHOULD THERE BE AN EMERGENCY. ******* SERVICE
******* service KFC SUNCOAST MANAGER JANET. Purchased a meal at KFC Suncoast a month ago. Was out of town for important matters. A soon as I got back immediately WhatsApp the complaints manager Janet. Completely unprofessional about the matter. Insisted why I didn't contact her immediately. Clearly she does NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT OUT OF TOWN MEANS and I was dealing with pressing issues rather than to think about a stupid meal which I might add was absolutely disgusting!! After ignoring me for 2 days she then proceeds to shov me to her customer care and blocks me on the what'sapp. Is this how a complaints manager behaves. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful!!

I ALSO ASKED 4A GOODWILL GESTURE FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE TO ME, NUMEROUS CALLS, AND WASTING MY TIME!!! SHE REVERTS TODAY SAYING GOODWILL GESTURE DECLINED DUE TO A PREVIOUS ONE RECEIVED. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GOODWILL GESTURE GOT TO TO WITH A TOTALLY PREVIOUS UNRELATED MATTER. SHE GOES AHEAD AND CLOSES THE CASE OF ETHEKWINI MIXING IT UP WITH THE GESTURE. #BlackFriday. Poor SERVICE CAPITEC BANK!!!! ETHEKWINI Municipality has changed banking details from Nedbank to FNB. all banks HAVE BEEN ADVISED by Ethekwini of new banking details. Capitec app for ETHEKWINI MUNICIPAL REGISTERED BENEFICIARY still has OLD NEDBANK DETAILS OVER A MONTH NOW. Queried capitec call center over a week ago. Got a Ref number, just being told continuously by agents matter escalate to SO CALLED APP DEPARTMENT. NOBODY FROM THERE HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS!!!?
