I struggle for 2/3weeks now just to activate it at premises i call sent mails all done paperwork. Need it urgently cannot done work jyst to tell me have no idea when shcedular going to call me the unit everything also already on premises if it was not the case most probably if it wasnt the case i never use them
I dont know how many times i need to complain about them there isnt once that i can say they doing wgat they suppose to be i was with them for years and from beginning its a struggle luckily i only have 1 contract left so just waiting for time to pass then im going to go to othrr provider where all contracts are currently. Each month thet add a number that im not aware of. I was on customer line for so many times i went in to different stores. At last i did manage at the one store to get it cancelled just to cost me over R6000 to get it sorted but still its not rectified
MTN MONTH AFTER MONTH ITS A STRUGGLE I PAID THE ACCOUNT ANYTHING FROM 20/30TH OF EACH MONTH JUST TO FIND OUT THAT LINE WAS CUT AND SENT POP BUT NOTHING GO TO DIFFERENT BRANCHES SAME THING I PAID IN BIG AMOUNT JUST TO STOP ONE NUMBER AND MOVE IT TO OTHET PROVIDER. ALSO JUST TO FIND OUT AGAIN ANOTHER NUMBER WERE ADDED ON MY CONTRACT I WADNT AWARE OF ALDO NEED TO PAY ANOTHER R900 IF MY OTHER CONTRACT WAS EXPIRE NOW I WOULD NOT BLINK AN EYE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER I ALREADY DID WITH 1 PHONE NUMBER 4MONTHS AGO I HAVE A CONTRACT FOR OVER 9 YEARS AND THE SERVICE THERE IS NONE!!!!!!! THE WORST CELLPHONE PROVIDER EVER
I cannot say how bad it is. More than 2 weeks to sort things on our wifi i can call that just put through from line to line and need to call in again can send emails its a waste of time and guess what? Still nothing from them. But when it come to debitorders or payments then they very quick but thats all and i know there is thousands of people that will agree with me
How is it possible that after 3 years its not sorted and go all the way that side with all documents more than once
I write another complain due to they dont react why are they going against contract to deduct premium amounts as they please and its not even signed up for? I think other people have the same issue than i do
They come with contract and promises i ask what happened if not there say can freeze it for 3 months and continue i write them mails i contact them with no repky/cer*****y its accepted to my surprice they take debit order today for 2 different amounts and also not amount that i sign up for so tell me how doed it hsppened? I think its not a way to do business if you sign up for something you expect it will be like that
I cannot if it was possible give it 1 star we use qb from 2019 but if you have an issue they just give link on link and talking to robot nearly struggle for a week now just to get myself login to the system
NO HELP NO RESPONSE BUT MUST PAY MONTHLY PREMIUM MY BUSINESS IS STANDING STILL WITH THEM THAT CANNOT HELP OR COME BACK TO ME TO SET UP IT ON NEW LAPTOP. DO ALL CHANNELS FROM CALL CENTRE LINKS SUPPORT EMAILS NOTHING NOTHING THIS IS TERRIBLE
I want to find out why is it difficult or impossible to give me correct email all sending is an automated email what you can do nothing with. I need them to explain to me or stipulate how does they connect with a place they do bookings for? Is there someone that go physically to place and inspect if its true thats advertised or just let someone join and they receive commision on? If i can get that answered i will come to my next ppint
