I'm so sick of the Mr delivery app not updating the stock availability at pick n pay , every time i place an order there are always items missing and then I'm constantly credited i will no longer order with Mr delivery from today and want to warn others
Takealot has failed to deliver my items once again , they have rescheduled the delivery for the third time , the driver has not bothered to phone me or knock on the door when they tried to deliver and i stay in a house so shocking its time to make a change and go to Amazon ! Use Amazon people! takealot is not what they used to be the past few months using i have had such bad service

So Takealot has contacted me that they have lost my order and have rescheduled the delivery date to a much later time than i would like .. after contacting them to find out if they could ship my order sooner they have refused !!! Terrible service !! It says they have the item in stock but then they cant ship it in time ? hmmmm I have just ordered the same item from Amazon and that will be shipped tomorrow , i will never order form Takealot again !! Amazon is much better ! :)
Beware of using Takealot Do not use them ! I bought an item from Takealot and returned it 15 days later due to it not working how it was advertised ..this is false advertising.. i used this item once and it did not perform as advertised .. this item is the GMC - Dehumidifier - 12L - White Takealot has rejected this return even though there is not so much as a scratch on the item and was used once ..the item was returned with all parts and packaging still in perfect condition the return policy is shockingly bad be careful ! Its sad that Takealot does this to its customers so please watch out ! I will never buy from Takealot ever again!! Its a shame , they have lost a very good customer :)
Hi my name is Jonathan and i had a really bad experience with Sandown Pet Center . I had bought a blue and gold macaw from Sandown Pet center from a Person who still works there to this day named Reuben ... the transaction went very well and i was happy with my purchase , what a blessing this bird is :) a few months later i decided to get this beautiful bird a partner and decided i was going to purchase another blue and gold macaw ( a male ) I had then been told by Reuben that the bird was a bit too young for me to take care of and that i should wait for him to get a bit older before i purchase and take the bird home .. so i agreed and the plan was to wait until the bird is ready .. And then one day out of the blue Reuben phones my cell and starts to tell me that he has to bring me the bird now because he could no longer hold the bird with him anymore keep in mind he now wants to give me the bird ( BEFORE THE DATE STIPULATED BY HIM THAT THE BIRD WOULD BE OLD ENOUGH AND READY ) i still have the messages on my phone to prove it ....i wish i could go to the police :( :( He re assured me that all i would need to do is hand rear the bird as is was still too young to eat solid food ....i was a bit hesitant and worried but then excitement took over and my silly self accepted this and decided okey lets give this a try i mean what do i know ..Reuben told me i can watch some YouTube videos on hand rearing Macaws and i can do it my self its that easy !! and he also said when he brings the bird he will explain what to do .. Reuben then brings the bird to my house and explains how to handle things the bird looked healthy and didnt look like anything was wrong with it let be state this !.. 10 days go by and on the 10th night the bird was vomiting everywhere , the next morning (11th day ) i was trying to call who ever i could to get help as i watched the bird get weaker and weaker .. i was having transport problems at the time so i didnt have a car to get him to a vet also this was on a Sunday and the nearest vet was over 2 hours drive anyway ... the bird then died 3-4 hours after upon waking up and trying to deal with all of this ..it was a really traumatizing experience .. i had then got into contact with Reuben on this matter and he stated there is nothing he can do to help me .. i do understand that these things can happen and with the purchase of these animals and theres no return on any loss . HOWEVER in this case Reuben insisted on giving me the bird before the time agreed upon initially , the bird was clearly too young and i feel we could have avoided this matter entirely if he / we stuck to the original plan i do not want anything back from these people they are ****** or... they are really unprofessional on how they sell these animals to people .. It has been over a year now since this happened and i am still traumatized about it to this day .. i love animals and this really freaked me out :( To this day i do not know what was wrong with that bird as it was drinking the same water as my other bird and my other bird is perfectly fine to this day ! ..i only fed it the food that Reuben had sold to me .. I just wish to warn people and save someone from this same bad experience please watch out for these people at Sandown Pet Center And always make sure the bird is old enough and in good health before you buy them !

Delivered my package to the wrong address and is ignoring me when i have tried to contact them, no feedback at all ..I'm disgusted
