I had made a laybye and I was told that I will not get my refund because I don’t have a slip for my items. Spoke to rendani the supervisor I have been coming to the store for the third time.
We have been stuck with no communication nor assistance to get alternatives so that we can get to our destination in time.
I went to cash build to make a quotation and I made payment from my bank to the cash build with the reference number from the quotation only to find out when I get there they said the money has not cleared, question is why should we provide proof of payment if we have to wait again for the money to be cleared and the lady that was helping me mention that head office is open on Sundays they close at 11:00 and I was there at 9:00 am ,what is the point of providing the reference number for me to use as the customer and what is the store open on a Sunday! ! Is it only for cash buyers????? I wasted my petrol money to go there!! Ridiculous!

I followed all the instructions given, including creating a profile and verifying my account, which initially showed a balance. However, despite my efforts, I have received no meaningful assistance, and my account now shows a negative balance. I engaged with agents at the branch, and my case was escalated to managers Mathlapi and Ntsiki. I also contacted the call center, but I was left with no resolution. The lack of communication, accountability, and action from Old Mutual has been incredibly frustrating, especially as I urgently need access to my funds to pay rent. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected better from a company of this reputation. Please address this matter urgently and improve your customer service for others in similar situations.

I have signed up with their service however I'm receiving bad service. We had made an agreement to debit on a specific date they choose to debit on the day they want.whuch is unacceptable!!!!!! Very ridiculous 😒
i had the bad service at this store .I bought an item within 6 months its Brocken I took it for repair since its still under warranty but they said they wont take it .I am disappointed with the service they giving out .
Greetings I am absolutely dissatisfied by the service I got in hifi Corp. I bought a tablet at hifi Corp it is 6 months old and the phone is no longer working it doesn't turn on I took it back to the store for repair since it's still under warranty at jabulani hifi Corp.,but only to find out that they wont tack it back because it's no longer covered (within warranty) because it is damaged. I did not take the phone for the buttons damaged but I took it back because it doesn't turn on . I wasn't aware that the warranty doesn't cover that .please assist I am really dissatisfied at this store (Hifi Corp ) as a whole because I usually shop there and this has really proven me to be wrong about the store .
