Nastasha Stack helped me so much ,i was on the point of cancelling my policy until she helped me
Jolanda was the person assisting me getting a quotation to add a new vehicle to my policy, she was absolutely amazing and so helpful and patient with me going through everything on the policy.
Absolutely disappointed.. I stopped there to spoil my parents in law to treat them.. We waited for a menu fo more than 20 minutes... Then when we asked to place our order we had to wait another 20 minutes seeing people that stopped after us being helped. We used to enjoy coming here and enjoyed the food....but i do not tolerate **** service
Good day. This week Tuesday we saw our tire is flat and when we removed it we saw that the wires was coming out of the tire . We are not happy about this and would like to be contacted ASAP.
This is the 3rd month that I am having a problem with my account... They even suspended my account because they made a mistake... I have tried going in store... I have tried calling the call center... I have tried to email there supervisor but no response and no help and still it is a problem
If been having account issues for 2 months.... I called the contact center and they told me that my problem has been resolved. Now this month I have the same issue. I went into the store where I was told that they can't help me... After having to put up a fight and having another person come in and having account issues....... they helped me and told me my accounts was up to date....... Now today I'm receiving the same SMS telling me my account is in arrears
