Stonehaven on the Vaal - Food & Atmosphere
Stonehaven's atmosphere and food was comforting and homey. Our waitress Vivian was attentive and the food recommendations that she has suggested were well worth it. Will be visiting again next month.

Gold Reef City - Poor Customer Service
Waiting for 45 minutes in order to get tickets for a show. The message I have received said that tickets can be collect from 12, I was waiting at the box office from 12h45 and there was no additional attendant as the initial attendant was on a break for more than 45 minutes. Further to this there was no assistance from the manager, who was called several times. Poor management skills, as the manager was afraid of confrontation and cannot manage their team in an efficient manner. Utterly disappointed with the service I have received from Gold Reef City.

Bad service
Telkom trade route mall. Service is horrible they have no way of treating customers they make customers wait outside the shop. They tell every customer that they offline it has been the second day I been going there and they only tell me that they offline they need to be people treating customers better

Horrible service please advise
Caltex south africa in Johannesburg south, lenaisa they made me wait 10 min just because they were changing shifts. I mean it not my problem if they changing shifts the workers have a nerve to tell me they don't know how long it would take to change shifts

Horrible service
The service is useless I put in a ADSL in and the people refuse to help me they did not install it properly and they service is horrible I been on the phone for the pass 4 hours they horrible service and sick of them

Refuse to install ADSL line
Poor service been waiting one month to just install a ADSL line. Everytime I phone them they tell me the same things over and over again please can you sort this out
