Firstly we had to wait 20 min at the door for someone to assist. We had to wait a whole hour just for drinks. No sorry or anything from management. This is pathetic service indeed you won't see us again Denver Spur Steak Ranch.
After a long day at work we decided to pop in to debonairs pizza queenswood for a meal to eat. To our suprise one of the chefs sitting on the seat with phone in hand no one to assist at the till point. So i went to ask the lady on her phone where is the person working at the till unto death ear she went to the back and still nothing. I left the restaurant without buying anything. So on my way to checkers the one that look she is the cashier came running from checkers bottlestore but i already lost my appetite due to this unprofessional service received
On the 31st of January, they deducted for a trip of R198 on the 1st of February another deduction went off for the same trip. They support desk is useless because i just get automatic replies with no luck of resolving this. BOLT I WANT MY MONEY BACK
We went to kota joe 21/12/21 at wonderboom we got food there i toke a beef shawarma and my wife toke the chicken strips kota since last night she has been having stomach issues coming from top and bottom. We only ate your food for the whole day so there is no way that it is something else.

I went today 26.08.2021 to pick n pay hyper faerie glen. I wanted to buy cookware set. Me and my husband saw the price of the item is R 799 as i was about to pay the cashier(sylvia at till 19) said the item doesn't have a barcode and the packer(letta) went to check for one with barcode. 20 min later she came back and the till scanned R1099. 99 for the item, when i query it the supervisor told me that we need to go and check the price on the rack, i agreed and when we got at the rack all the prices of the iteme were gone i bought a 15 piece even the 8 piece the prices was removed, i could see that it was removed due to prestik left on the rack where the prices was at. I told the supervisor she must go and check who removed the prices. As the prices was there when we shopped there. The supervisor said she will go and check and came back after talking to the department manager and said they must give me the set for R 799.99. Funny enough when me and the supervisor got back to the till point Sylvia magically had a price tag that said R1099. 99. Then LETTA made a comment saying we must pay the price that the items scan. Where did she get training from to tell a customer to pay what the price scan if it R300 diffrence. I am really not happy how i got treated i bought groceries over R2200 excluding the cookware set i hope me and my husband can get a resolution to what happend to us. I feel like a liar because the prices magically disappear after LETTA when to get a set with a barcode. When i asked her did she remove the price tags she said another lady did. I asked her why did she remove it as soon as i enquired the price Sylvia said uhh shh while talking in thswana
Yet again a problem with dstv price lock plan so we started this dstv price lock plan in june great in july went great 899 awesome august r75 extra great this month 1050.90 awesome how the price goes up every single month
I took out dstv price lock plan .. one month nice 899 next bam 1004 apparently to have the pause rewind features but in the same moment the month it was 899 had the same feature but out of blue 1004 because apparently you have to pay 95 for the features but somehow they get 1004 but accourding to calculation it must be 994. The guy for the customer care also not that brilliant
