Vehicle department , what a distasteful experience. The lady on the call was rude , unprofessional regarding my query. My query is still unresolved regarding payment into the account, I am being told two different stories regarding my query with no one assisting .
As a working professional, you expect fast feedback on matters unfortunately Absa has not provided me with fast feedback. Queries are open for long, the team does not communicate , I have had to constantly follow up with the team . The young professional suite offered is quite disappointing compared to the fast response and assistance from the team.
I resigned October 2024 , app**** to sanlam for a pension withdrawal, I have not recieved the claim as at today 16 Jan 2025. I have enquired on how much interest is the balance earning as it has been 2,5 months without payment, no feedback as yet.
Rude rude call centre staff looking to upgrade my package. Made false claims on my package and when I told her that cannot be my account in question she hung up. If only I had known this before I started my contract with vodacom. False claims made in order to increase my monthly instalments, disappointing
Was sent a payment link for my account, which I paid. Only to get to the gym to be told that I am in arrears.
Submitted a claim for my savings , however the funds weren’t released on the day it was to be released. Additionally Called in and keep being told that it will be resolved soon. However hours later not resolved.
I have requested a withdrawal and called in numerous times and keep being told my funds will be paid out. It has been 2 months since my initial call.
I have been attempting to enquire on my investments and life covers all morning, only to be transferred and hung up on for the past hour. The service is thoroughly disappointing, and I am still sitting here without assistance. I am simply looking to withdraw my funds, why is it so hard to find someone to assist, whereas when opening the accounts and covers you were so quick to help.
Horrible customer service. I have been billed almost double what I should be billed, I call into their offices and they always say they will investigate. No one is able to assist in order to resolve this. My billing is not corresponding to the type device I signed up for. Very disappointing to have to experience this as a paying client.
Been trying to cancel my subscription , however struggling to get response from the rain team.
