Good morning I booked apartment 154 for in block 14 via booking.com and the apartment was very filthy and smelly.I cancelled the reservation but the took R1300 of the R1500 of the money I used to book.I have never seen such a filthy place in my life.
After 28 years of democracy,you still have a bank that takes interest rates for blacks higher than their white counterparts.What nonsense is this.

I had insured my cousin with Hollard and submitted my claim on Tuesday morning.My cousin was buried on Thursday without getting the payout.Ever since Wednesday the response has been consistent that they are waiting for claims to approve.I called them 5 minutes ago on Friday and they are waiting for claims to approve.What is the point of getting a cover when organization drags their feet when it matters most.
I have been requesting a proof of payment to a third party that was paid by FNB however 2 months down the line I keep on getting pathetic response from FNB.I am stuck because the 3rd party cannot refund me as they need proof of payment.What kind of a pathetic bank is this?
I since complained about Finchoice and Warren promised to sort.Up until today he has not called or anyone from Finchoice.I have been calling for the whole week and everyone tell me that the matter has bee escalated.It has been 6 weeks waiting for refund.This organization is pathetic.
Finchoice refuses to refund me R6500 that was paid in exess to my account.It has been a month now and I cannot resolve this matter.
