I went as far as sending a whatsapp message to Yollada but the response was dololo and tried to call MR Du Preez again. Yesterday I phoned the private bank department and spoke to a white gentleman, i didn't catch his name and he promised to follow up with Yolanda. but dololo. Besides the benefits, I have taken a decision to close all the transaction accounts with the bank come end of the month. i don't experience this with Tyme bank

bad service from Refilwe Matlotleng and Adrie and very useless. Refilwe does not respond nor acknowledges to my emails unless i complain about her. on the 02-02-2026 i spoke Andrie that the money quoted by the service prover was ridiculous. As a result i proposed to use my own service provider so that i wont be able to pay additional amount. he assured me that he will send an email to their service provider to check if they have already purchased the new camera. And he will call me for feedback. Guess what 4 days the gentleman hasn't bothered himself. The report talks about pump wear and tear (solar geyser) and backup battery. The day I climbed on the roof just to see what was really happening. To my surprise my solar geyser does not have a backup battery. Mind you that the second Asser did not have a testing machine to confirm this theory. I recently bought a house, finance by standard bank. to cut the story short the Coc does not comply. i alerted the bank lawyer and the seller till to date dololo. i report the matter to the bank and i was advised to go to their lawyer, how ironic. i called again spoke to AWELANI only to find out that she never escalated my query. I phoned again spoke to JANETH very rude woman and i ended up requesting her to transfer my call to another agent because she was so unprofessional and screaming at me. My claim was registered on the 22 July 2023. Till today King Price has not made any decision. No one is bothered to update. In fact Tasha, told me that she does not know as to when my claim will be finalised. I am very disappointed with King Price. I read on the reviews that other people's claims takes less a week.
