Bought a Kenwood airfryer from Makro online. Delivery went fine. After 4 months the machine experience a problem with the fan that makes a lot of noise. The numbers of the dial also wipes of. I logged a return and they reject it with no reason. Still no machine that I can use. Will never buy from Makro again. Aftersales service non existing

The most pathetic bunch in the courier world. WhatsApp line never get answered, phone line never get hold of anyone. I am waiting for 2 parcels. but no help with the tracking. According to the tracking it took 8 days to travel from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Bull**** man impossible. Again Pathetic bunch
Bought a new Kenwood air fryer. After a a month the timer dial numbers wiped off with your finger. Kenwood got a 2 year guarantee. Game refuse to assist me and they tell me I am liable for the cost. We are looking after the air fryer but it is surely appliance defect
What to buy an Isuzu 4x4 that they advertise on Auto Trader. There were 2 different ads on Auto Trader same dubblecab with different kilos on the clock. The best is they sell the Isuzu with FSH that was not the case. I phoned the Isuzu dealer that stamped the service book and the last service was stamped with the *****ulent dealership stamp and the job card in the book belongs to another vehicle. Please be careful.
The Kakste service I ever experienced. I paid the for a service they lie in my face en eventually I must drive 450 km to collect my parcel at their depo.
