What a pathetic excuse of a food an beverage shop. I live in Cullinan, and the nearest PicknPay is the PicknPay in Rayton. More than once have I bought their already made chicken where it was so SOGGY and gross, it made me and my fiancé very sick the following day. The first time I thought that it was just a mistake and gave them leaniancy, but the second time I vowed to NEVER again support PicknPay Rayton. That was just over 2 months ago. Today I had no other choice but to go buy eggs from the particular PicknPay, as I worked a late shift. When I came home, PicknPay was already closed when I discovered that my pack of 6 eggs only has 4 in them! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. As a customer I expect PicknPay to atleast have their eggs the right amount, but looks like even that is too much to ask for! I expect PicknPay to contact me directly in regard to this, as this is UNACCEPTABLE .
This is very gross but we found a snail in the lettuce that be bought from PnP in Rayton. Theybare supposed to ensure whatever products they sell are inspected and ready for the consumer
One of you truck drivers with registration plate SGB 301 GP almost drove over my fiance's vehicle today 15h40 on the Zambesi drive in a western location. I am going to contact your division directly and open a case for reckless driving. I want a manager to contact me and provide me with more information regarding who this driver is as he put my fiance's life in danger, I will not keep quiet on this until someone has replied to me and that there has been measurements taken. If I do not have a reply by Monday evening then I will go to the media on this until I get a response. This is complete and utter insanity for your driver to think he can push my fiance with her car of the road.
So powered by Shopify, there is a company called 'the galaxy products' (sorry for no capitalized letters but I strongly believe they don't earn that). We ordered a parcel on the 29th of July- today is the 15th of October, nevertheless that we haven't received a parcel, not even a single email to notify where the parcel is. This is an UTTER DISGUSTED client writing this email and will not rest my voice until I receive every single cent back paid for this. I hope this email is replied to in the next 24 hours otherwise social media is going to flood with similar comments. Best to provide feedback asap as we have been waiting an AMAZINGLY 3 months!!!
I have queried around 2 months ago for a settlement amount (with) and I haven't received it as yet.. Not sure why they have a email address available to contact as I am clearly talking to a wall. Maybe complaining here will get me my settlement amount? Let's see......

As a customer, I am supposed to be prioritized from the customer 'care' departement- If I raise a query that should take a consultant about 15 - 20 minutes, I don't see it as professional in ANY case that I need to wait 2 days for a reply, and then another consultant replies that it would take 2 - 3 working days to give me a reply, which is already not "Moving forward" and then on that promise- it has already almost been 5 days since that promise? A simple query takes 2 consultants more than 1 week to give a customer a reply and then try and move my query between different consultants as I believe the one is too lazy and the next one even more to assist, and then I most certainly believe they get paid for making the customer as myself so unhappy with so called 'support' from them. Nevertheless that I pay my current account with them every month and that they are very much on it to make sure I get my account statement which will be debited as a monthly premium, but on a query basis, I guess they don't really need more people to bank with them?
