Hi We just had the worst experience Eva with goudini spa manager. We booked a campsite for the boys and a charlet for the ladies so we all together we are 9 people . First of all we arrived Sunday paid for 3 days accommodation. We set up the campsite for the boys only to find that the power point has a special tipe of plug that we need to purchase from them at a cost of 240 wich we didn't have . We still setup and left to the charlet to start with supper . The guys was guest at the charlet but eventually left pass 11. But they never went to sleep in the tent and slept over in the car as the were drunk . The next day Monday we received a phone call we all need to leave the premises without giving us any opportunity to explain the situation. Apparently we were dishonest and are lying and security are were at the charlet to remove us we couldn't even take a bath or eat properly. Our colour was the the problem as we go to goudini for the peace and to be surrounded by descent people. But got treated like ********s. Lost all our money and that manager has no people skills.

Good day Just went into American Swiss in Zevenwacht Mall to take back a mens Tempo watch that I bought on 28/0524 for the second time in 5months . Firstly the the first time I took it it had loose elements inside, it was marked as in excellent condition still. So apparently they got number wrong while I gave it twice and they couldn't contact me to come collect the watch. So then I collected the watch on my own cause it was taking to long , the watch was ready . But then just 2days later we realize the watch lost time , I put it back in the box only to return it today , cause unfortunately I don't have the time to up and down with this useless watch. Right so today I went to take it back the lady that was assting me just had terrible customer service . When I arrived at the store there was a customer leaning over her counter as she was helping a client infront of me . When I arrived at the counter she and this customer couldn't stop talking about the ring π€lol still this lady was hanging over her counter face almost in the till. And I stood and look how she is handling me whilst being in a deep conversation with another. Now when that lady finally leaves she give us attention as if we stupid. Ticking off that the watch is in poor condition. Why didn't they inspect the watch the first time it came back from repairs. π‘π‘π‘ The watch is a problem, I bought it for the repair shop to study on the watch . Bad bad service
Good day I was at Game Zevenwaght on Tuesday. Jor we got served but the unfriendly rude cashier I ever came across . I left the store with my husband we both where so furious because of the way we got treated. While leaving the store this lady approached us asking what was wrong as she is the Manger asking for my details , telling me the lady name is Terchia but she does not know her surnameπ€¨ till today I didn't receive feedback so why ask for my details??????
Just want to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Mohammed Patel for his quick response to my complain i had with Zevenwacht Ackermans. Ive just went to the store and i was immediately assisted by the supervisor on duty Luzaan and cashier, we really had a nice chat and i forgot how angry i was a day ago. Ackerman will still be my favorite stop to shopπππ please dont forget to thank Luzaan and the cashier for their great customer service πβΊβΊβΊ
Hi ive made a laybye by Ackermans Zevenwacht mall a few months ago i always do laybyes at Ackermans stores. So i went to collect the laybye a about 3weeks ago. I then told the lady that was helping me that i have lost my orginal slip that stated what items ive purchase d. She told me it was fine that i can u slip that i made my last payment on for exchanges π€¨ so 3 of my items was too small for my son , today i went to exchange the items still having the slip that i received when i payed the balance of the items , only now the 1 pants is marked down for 90rnd and i payed 199π€ so now they apperantly can only exchange the pants by refunding me 99 . I think its totally ridiculous as the taggs still shows 199 . How can Ackermans not have data on their computers showing that i did purchers the items as on that day the lady printed a copy of my items cause i lost and she needed one to check my itemsπππ but now they are unable to trace sale π‘π‘π‘ thinking i have a 100rnd to throw down the drain its unacceptable....... bad customer service . I still have that same slipp that she used to print a copy and i asked her for copy but she told me they will exchange if needed now its a different story. π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬
I bought a pair of airforce sneaker at sportscene in zevenwacht mall , so now the stitching of the one shoe come loose , i took it back , but now i have too hear that i have too wait for the manager to decide if they are going to return or refund my sons shoes , yesterday we took it back and apparently the manager wasnt there , this morning i first phoned still no manager available, so i think they should close the shop while the manager isn't available, if the manager is the only one who can do exchanges or refunds π‘π‘
