I have called Sanlam yesterday and today and waited for 20 minutes and i still wasn't able to get an agent to assist me. I used the WhatsApp services but still no assistance. This service in 2026 is not acceptable. DO YOU HAVE ANYONE I CAN TALK TO AND GET ASSISTANCE?
The fact that UberEats App doesn’t give you the option to complain directly to the restaurant you ordered your food from is crazy. I bought braai meat yesterday and it was off. I tried going to app to complain directly but I don’t see the option to do that. Funny enough they do have the option to (heart imojie)the restaurant but not to give feedback 🚮
My expected delivery was today the 15 Dec 2025 but it’s 5pm now and Makro didn’t deliver. This is unacceptable. I’m travelling on the 17 and the 16 is a public holiday. Do not buy anything anything from Makro and expect it to be delivered on time. This service in 2025 is ******* and unacceptable. Amazon and Takealot are way better.
There’s a lady by the name of Hilda at MTN store/ Evaton Mall in Gauteng. This girl doesn’t take her job seriously. No respect for customers and bad attitude. I visited the store for the first time today and she firstly ignores me and continues to speak to her colleague who was on the other side across the store. It’s like they’re in their houses chitchatting in that store and giving customers attitude. I ended up leaving the store. They need training on customer service and a reminder that the store is their work place not their houses.
Hypa fibre and Vumatel services are nonsense honestly. It’s so frustrating.
I took a life cover and funeral plans almost 2 years ago and I got an email from one of the agents who wanted to confirm my details. I responded and asked her to confirm if she received my details but it’s been a month and there’s no response from her. I called Sanlam twice and I was on hold for over 20min. The third time I spoke to a consultant and I asked her to confirm my details. It is so disappointing that most of my details they have on the system are incorrect including my email address that they used to communicate with me (I don’t know how is this possible)???? I wonder what is the process when it comes to claims if the process of querying simple things is this bad. If you have a choice, please check with other companies first before taking a policy here. I want to cancel
This is the third time I reach out to them for advice and no one gets back to me on time. I even called and I was on hold for long. I can’t imagine ever needing serious help from Clientèle Legal because I don’t think they would come through. Their turnaround time to respond to emails say 2 days but I’m now on day 6. Last year I experienced the same thing. They only got back to me after a month and I have proof of the email I sent and when they called me back. Definitely cancelling my policy with them. I DON’T recommend Clientèle Legal. I’m on the highest plan with them but they make me feel like I’m not a customer.
DON’T HIRE A CAR WITH BUDGET. We hired a car in September for 5 days. They said the money would be returned after 7 working days and my husband and I have been calling them to notify Budget that we haven’t received the money that was debited. They are giving us the runaround and transferring us to different departments and we still don’t have the money yet. Why is it so difficult to transfer the money to the same credit card since September??? It’s now November.
Vumatel Hypa fibre connection is so bad. Lately it just doesn’t work anymore. I complained last week and it took almost 3days to be sorted. Again this weekend, since yesterday I don’t have connection and they just told me to wait for 72 hours. They take the full amount but the connection only works some days. It’s a waste of money honestly and I’m looking for another fibre connection in my area.
Think twice about buying a house with this company Miascope Construction & NHRBRC. My house is still insured with them for one year. My geyser started giving me issue after a week of moving in the new house. My neighbours said that the geyser was leaking hot water even before I moved in. Every single month I call the developer manager Thamy and he gets the same person to come and fix the issue but 6 months later, it’s not fixed yet. I’ve asked the manager to find someone else to fix the geyser issue but he always sends the same person and the issue hasn’t been fixed. I called head office 0800200824 & 011 593 3281 and they never answer or no one is available. My worry is it’s leaking hot water. Imagine the damage to my proof this will have. I’m sick of these people and I wish I never bought a house with them. It’s a headache. I reported the geyser and it’s been a week but no one is coming to fix it.
