I've purchased food today via mrd food but never got delivered to me, and i went to the store to enquire but they told me the driver says it was canceled but never returned to the store please help as i want my money back

poor service i had experince with legal credit pros's
Good Morning Sir/Madam I have a problem with credit legal pro's whereby I registered with them and they promise to clear my name on depth review but they've never done anything and my money was deduct from my capitec bank account,so I want my money back because they've never helped me at all and no where to be found, contact person was Kabelo@clpro.co.za/012 940 0814 please help I'm not happy about their service at all. kind Regards Arnold Matukane
