Most frequent outages and poor internet performance from all ISPs I have ever been with. Pay for a 100mb but never get above 85mb on speed test even with no other devices connected. RSAWeb loves to do unannounced maintenance close to midnight.
Paid R500 for their "In-house" service at the Volvo dealership next door where they apparently "polish your car with meguiars products". What a load of garbage! When I picked up the car, Sparking Auto rubbed some **** on the car, leaving polish on all the rubber trim, headlights, license plates, exhausts tips.. everywhere you NOT apply body polish. Few scratches on the car looked 10x worse as the poor products they use left black residue in the scratches. I would pay them R500 to never touch my car again instead!

Everyone always advised that Mit Mak is a great dealership when buying or selling a car... This is NOT the case at all. Mit Mak offered us R75K for our 2018 Renualt Kwid on a trade in basis for another car we were interested in. Their offer was R20K below market value as the car trades for R95K with the specs and mileage of the car!! The car has no problem, full service history.. spare key.. the works! No accidents, minor scratches, no dents. A few months prior another dealership were more than happy to give is the full trade-in value of our car. No Problem. The consultant stated that he would list our vehicle on buyers websites and low and behold they received a CASH offer for R84K for our car. I proceeded to ask them.."So, why can you get CASH offers for the car at R10K more that you are willing to offer us for TRADE IN?" They responded with.. "That is our buyer's final offer" Bottom line. They make low-ball offers for good cars and don't care if you walk. Terrible service.
I can not believe the amazing service from MWEB. I Signed up for a deal on a Monday, the Tuesday I got a call that technicians will install my Fibre the next day. At the end of Wednesday the Fibre was installed and connected. The technician even gave me his personal cell number to contact him if I encounter any problems. Talk about FAST & Reliable service.
I feel exactly the same as other loyal DSTV subscribers who have been on the DSTV Select package for years and are now forced to pay double . My mother is a pensioner and only watches Kyknet, norhing else and now needs to pay double the amount only for one channel? This is not fare at all !!!
