The side step of my vehicle was damaged at their workshop, however, management is failing to take accountability.

Paid R500 for their "In-house" service at the Volvo dealership next door where they apparently "polish your car with meguiars products". What a load of garbage! When I picked up the car, Sparking Auto rubbed some **** on the car, leaving polish on all the rubber trim, headlights, license plates, exhausts tips.. everywhere you NOT apply body polish. Few scratches on the car looked 10x worse as the poor products they use left black residue in the scratches. I would pay them R500 to never touch my car again instead!

Shoddy paint work on one vehicle and electrical problems after valet personnel used too much water on a second vehicle, again. Second time this has happened. First round they took responsibility after hefty fight, but this time management doesn't want to take responsibility. Even after Jay and myself had an agreement that he would take responsibility if the agents can verify the water damage, which they did. R7k later. Initially management refused to repair shoddy paint work as well on a second vehicle, but in the end they repaired it. But unfortunately their personnel dropped this vehicle's headlight, now I am struggling for them to take responsibility for this as well, these lights are Vin specific and R20k at the agents. Lona and Jay refuse to take my calls or respond to my messages. Very unprofessional and frustrating conduct from management. Most likely have to go to small claims court to settle this.
