Be very careful when you join them. They tell you to take the platinum package and then when you need help they have all the excuses in the world that you are not covered. READ THE FINE PRINT THEY CATCH PEOPLE THAT WAY!!! I also paid by EFT cause I am not employed and I dont even have a bank account. Now they change their terms and tell me I can no longer be a member if I dont pay by debit order. My partner said they can debit his account and I know for a fact if a person authorizes it you can pay a debit for anyone and by the way he is also on the policy so also a member. They refuse to do this. They expect me to open a bank account pay bank charges and then my partner has to pay bank charges to transfer the money to my account just to they can debit my account. Does this even sound logical to anyone??? I always ensured that he makes a direct payment into their account so it reflects on the payment due date and then they send me messages I did not pay. My partner is the one who paid this policy every month but now they refuse to debit his account and he phoned them numerous times stating that he pays the pplicy. Does anyone think this is right at all??? By the way expect to wait weeks for a response if you need their help with a matter. There are a handful of people who really cares and want to help like Thato and Riaan.
You really know how to spoil a Christmas day!!! Our family looked forward to having luch at Arinto. We could only get space for the second sitting at 3pm. What a disaster!!! Got there and everything was a mess. It honeslty looked and tasted like other peoples left overs. The dishes were mostly empty and the dessert table had one small cake on it absolutely nothing else. The food that was there was ice cold and the flies were sitting everywhere. Why did you not schedule your sittings so that you have about an hour the prepare for the second sitting? At least then the second sittings guests would not have had to be happy with getting dirty table cloths, tables and left over food with NO dessert. R320 is a lot of money to pay for one person to get what you served!!! We drove all the way from the East Rand and ended up having to leave and get McDonalds. You also squeezed the guests in so that we basically sat on top of each other and some people did not even wear masks. I stood next to a lady who coughed and sneezed all over the food. Disgusting!!! THANKS ARINTO FOR RUINING OUR FAMILYS CHRISTMAS!!!!!
This company does not care about people at all. They make millions in interest out of people and when we need help they refuse. When Covid started I was not able to work as I am self employed I asked for assistance from Wesbank and MFC. MCF helped me no problem MFC even extended my contract term to lower the payments Wesbank refused to provide any help. Covid is not my fault its nobody in SA's fault. One day I contacted Wesbank to ask for a settlement amount I was then told that they started legal action against me. When I investigated I found that their lawyers sent all demands and legal documents to a very old address of mine. When I phoned Wesbank they confirmed my current address so they do have the right address....only reason they would have used the wrong address is to get a default judgment against me. I have been trying for more than two months to beg for an arrangement just asking to please extend the term as Covid is not my fault they knew from day one that I am self employed. Finally I had no choice but to accept a very ridiculous payment amount cause they refuse to extend the contract to lower the payments. I also asked them to just tell me now if they will even consider financing the balloon payment when it comes to that so I know where I stand I had to ask others for help as I have two kids to provide for with no car they will end up on the street and one of my kids has a disability. I have to work so my partner has to get my kids to school and therapy etc without this car she cannot do that so I cant work anymore or my kids has to stay at home not go to school or therapy and then the department of education and welfare is on my case..... what to do??? I paid as per their payment arrangement terms the same day that they sent me the email stating what to pay and I sent the POP to their lawyer. My legal representative told me to send an email asking them to just put in writing that legal action will be stopped. Their lawyer ignored the email and I followed up she still ignored me then suddenly she sends me an email stating she is sick and tired of me contacting them I dont pay her to reply to my emails.......WOW! I then sent an email stating that I find her very rude etc then she sends me and email stating the agreement is no longer valid they retract it. This is how Wesbank operates.........People be so careful when you look for car finance Helopeter is full of complaints regarding Wesbank. They dont care about people at all.....I just wonder how this lawyer and Wesbank staff who treat people in this manner sleep at night cause the wheel turns and nobody chooses to struggle due to Covid or anything else and it can happen to anyone........No person chooses their situation but I at least tried my utmost best to make arrangement even though government got me in the position where I am not allowed to work....... Oh and Wesbank refused to refund me for a policy they added without my permission its not on my contract and I asked for the call recording as they sent an email stating they sold it to me via phone call and then they told me that they dont have the recording.....
I previously compliment Riaan Pool at Law for All and I still want to thank him for being so kind and helpful and trying his best to help me with my current matter which is being handled by someone else, but unfortunately management still did not contact me even after Riaan also asked them numerous times to do so. I have a matter with Wesbank which was handeled by Shamshaad I was not very happy about how things were done but management never contacted me about it. Then last week I get a call from another legal representative that Shamshaad left the company and he will now be handling my matter. He instructed me to send an email to Wesbanks lawyers to ask for a letter regarding a payment arrangement they agreed to which I did. Then I get a very rude email from Wesbanks lawyers that they are sick of our emails and they retract the agreement. I did what I was told by Law for All and now I sit with more problems than what I started with. I have been struggling for more than two months now to get Law for All to get this matter sorted and to an end. When I was sold the policy I was told to get the most expensive one so that I have immediate cover now I get told that they will decide first wheter they will cover my legal fees. They dont tell you this when they sell you the policy. Is the law not that people are innocent until proven guilty and is it not their work to help me to prove it? Now they decide they only cover your costs if they feel you will win......should the judge not be the one deciding whehter a person will win or not??? I paid as per my arrangment with Wesbank then Law for All tells me to ask for a letter which I did and now Wesbank retracts the agreement. So should Law for All not sort this mess they made???? DO CHECK ALL THE FINE PRINT WHEN JOINING LAW FOR ALL. Again thank you to Riaan!
To be honest I wish I could give ZERO stars....... Our payment was due 1 June 2021 and yesterday on 1 June 2021 before 6pm our service was suspended so we cannot send or receive any mails our business is at a total stand still and 1 June 2021 was not even over yet. I sent an email earlier yesterday asking how it will work if we want to change hosting companies NEVER did I say we are going to do it. Now you tell us that you suspended our service because we said we want to change hosting companies. This is unreal you know that the new company has to send you a request first so why just suspend our service without consulting us. We dont owe you any money so you had no reason to suspend our service. Its pathetic, and disgraceful to treat clients in such a manner!!!!! You also only communicate via automated emails clients want to be able to speak with someone not a machine. Also keep in mind that some clients pay from other banks so suspending their service on the due date is also totally not acceptable. You ruin peoples businesses by putting a suspended banner on their site if YOU are the ones in the wrong!!!!!!! And then our business has to come to a stand still due to your incompetence. You have no idea how to provide proper client service. Your website says fast and friendly service......hahaha do you know what that means???

THE RESORT IS FULL OF MONKEYS AND MY SON SAID TO THE MONKEY THAT WAS BUSY FALLING OFF THE RAIL THAT HE IS A STUPID MONKEY. ALPHEUS (MAINTENANCE MANAGER) COMES UP TO ME SHOVES HIS FINGER IN MY FACE AND SAYS MY SON IS A RACIST FOR CALLING A STAFF MEMBER A MONKEY. MY SON HAD A COMPLETE AUTISM MELTDOWN AND LOOKED AT ME AND SAID MOMMY WHAT IS A RACIST??? HE SPOKE TO A MONKEY WHY OH WHY SHOULD HE BE FALSELY ACCUSED AND IN SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER ON FRONT OF OTHER GUESTS. MY HUSBAND WHO DID NOT COME WITH US PHONED THE MANAGER AND THE MANAGER SAID HE WILL SPEAK TO US WHICH HE DID NOT DO. I have been struggling with my account since April. We even drove to Head Office to try and sort the account but all they do is let you complete a form and thats where it ends. We phone Telkom almost weekly to find out if the account is sorted and then they say the matter has been closed due to it taking to long to sort it they will escalate it again. I have a call reference and they state the calls are recorded. I told them to listen to the call where their employee told me not to pay my bill anymore until they sort my account because I have been overcharged for more than two years and he calculated that they owe me about R6000. I then kept phoning to follow up and told them that I need it sorted because they are going to let me end up with a huge bill. They just always say we will escalate it. Its end of August how long does it take and how many calls do I have to make before it will be resolved. Now I moved house and they refuse to cancel the line. I am not going to pay for someone else using a line because they refuse to cancel it. I asked for it to be moved and was told they dont have service where I live now which is a lie. Its beyond pathetic that I get told not to pay by their employee and then they dont resolve the matter since April.
