I have been with MTN for years now. Due to financial difficulty I had decided to cancel my data contract and only keep my cellphone contract. My contract was supposed to end in November 2023. I had been to the MTN Store at Chatsworth by the Pick n pay and was told to phone the call center to cancel the contract as they can not do that in store. I had called the call center to cancel it where I was told a 30 day notice is to be given and they have proceeded with it, no where was I told they would contact me before canceling the contract. I had received numerous calls from MTN to upgrade my contract and I said no as I did not want to. The following month I see the data was given to me as normal, I had informed the consultant at the Pick n Pay MTN Store in chatsworth about this. He said he was going to see what is going on. Till December 2023 this has been going on and no help from them consultant and I am being charged a ridiculous amount of R1500+ for a data contract, which is just madness. When I queried this amount I was being told that there is 2 contracts under the cellphone number that the data contract is on, how is it possible to have 2 contracts under the same number?because when we go into the store to take contracts they say you have get another number. The consultants are forever happy to assist when you are taking a new contract, but when it comes to queries like these they do not care. This is totally *****ulent om MTN with the billing and I will not be paying R1500 for a data contract. Please can someone assist me what to do, as to date this is not sorted out. And I am being told that the account is handed over. My cellphone contract number is completely blocked and that is my main number. After this MTN has just lost another valued customer.
Contionous pestering to pay an account, yet I did email them to state that I can make a minimum payment of R500, but they will keep emailing and pressuring me to pay the balance. What can a person do if they are not employed , i didnt ask not to be employed, no benefits what's so ever from the company I was last employed at. They just seem to not understand.
Everyday, there is a call from MBD no matter how much you tell them that your financial situation has not changed. Being retrenched and then starting up all over again , especially with a company that pays so little and does not even give increase. If I had the extra money I would pay of the debt but unfortunately like every other day I have been telling them the samething over and over and eventually stopped answering their calls because it is becoming annoying. Payment agreement was honored,but still being sent an email stating no payment was done. What are you guys trying to do to us? You ask for statement for one of the accounts with them then they send you an sms or email stating it's handed over to someone else.
I am not one to complain, but gosh MBD is continously harassing me for payments although payment arrangements have been made . They had given me an account number to pay into, every month I am paying into that account number provided. They keep phoning everyday which I eventually stop answering my phone , if it's not a call it's an email stating that I have not stuck to the agreement made . Please can someone assist as to what needs to be done. They are really stressing me out.
I ordered a full chicken meal requested extra sauce when order was received the chicken had no sauce and was dry,called the store they told me I didn't request for extra sauce,I again checked my order that was placed and I had requested for extra sauce that's when my fiance called them back.They said they will resend another full chicken Second order received was extra hot and I requested for hot and chicken was burnt. Coleslaw was terrible did not even have enough mayonnaise Nando's is pathetic
