The beds they sell you doesn't last the time they let you believe it will last. The first mattress we got from them lasted 2.5 years. A complaint ended up in months from then whereafter they eventually replaced that mattress. In January 2024 we received that mattress. In not even 3 month's time, it already formed a dent which one must sleep in. We lodged the complaint regarding the current mattress middle of December 2024. It's now 2.5 months later. They promise they will attend to the complaint, but NOTHING, NO response futher. This is happening at the Berdworthpark branch

Every month SARS says over the phone it's going to take 21 days for credit to pay out plus they send 2 letters per week to say matter will take 10 days to be resolved. How long for banking details to be confirmed!!!!!! Plus!!!! The second banking details on the profile NEVER existed, so where did those false banking detail came from, now the person involved, must suffer for SARS that are NOT able to verify valid bank details and delete the false bank account on the profile

We claimed for an accident that occured between Budget's client and my stepson. It happened 3 weeks ago already. We don't get to the point where this claim is regognised. Budget's client acknowleded on the sence that she did not see our car's hazards and thought the Nissan is going forward. Eye witnesses saw she did not even stop at the yeild sign. If this is the service that Budget offers, I will withdraw my own policy and will recomend publicly for people not to join Budget Insurance
