Bad experience. I ordered food on the 19th October 2024. I couldn’t receive the food because I was not around and my father didn’t hear any bell or see anyone and the gate. I kept communicating with the driver and asked him to take the food back to the shop, I’ll collect. I got to the shop and the food was not there. Now Uber eats says I’m not eligible for a refund, but I want my money back.

I booked an apartment for 4 people and paid a deposit. I had to cancel my booking because of unforeseen circumstances. I cancelled on the 20th of May but to this date I have not received my refund. I called the hotel and was told to wait 14 days then I will get the money but nothing. When I called again I was told to send an email, of which I did but there is no response or acknowledgment of my email. Hello Peter please help.
I wish I knew better about this Motor Happy. I’m not happy at all. I took the service plan in August 2019 and I was told that my service will be active as from December. I did explain that my car is due for 75000km service, it was still on around 68000 km then. I explained everything to the consultant, he said it’s okay because I won’t reach 75000km by December so it’s fine. December after the 4th payment I called to confirm if I can take my car in, I was told to wait for 72500. I then took my car in for service on the 24 January, my service was declined. I was then told that they are investing until, I called several times to get feedback but been to told that they are still investing until I called again today and I was told to cancel my my service plan and start over because I said 75000km is done my plan must start on 90000. I’m so angry and disappointed with this company. Oh and they say if I cancel and get my refund I’ll still be charged R600 cancellation fee.
We bought a stove at Pick 'n Pay Princess Crossing on the 14 July 2019. The Defy stove was on special which came with a free cooker hood. They did not have the hood On the day we bought an we were told to collect the following week of which we did go to the shop during the week, it was still not there. When I call them they told me to bring back the stove because I'm impatient then they will give me back the money. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this terrible service.
