I wish i did my home work first before ordering from Lovisa. Please do not order from these people as it will show you 2-3 days delivery which is misleading so that you can make the purchase, my daughter ordered her jewelry 03 December 2024 and it said 2-3 days delivery time however we received it on 11 December, the purchase was made for her matric ball which was 10 December 2024. They are well aware of customers not receiving their goods on time and they not doing anything to improve their service. I have also noticed that all the bad reviews there is not even a single representative from them that takes time to go through these complaints.
I called customer care to port from vodacom to cell c as i just started a contract with you (cell c) i am holding for 7 minutes and still holding i am having second thoughts about my contract and about porting my number because this shows me if i have an issue its going to take forever to resolve and as a network service provider the industry that you are in is fast paste so for me personally to hold on a telephone line for more than 10min.....is a big No guys.
Harassing me after i have been telling them they have the wrong number as this is a new phone with a new sim card but i will track and trace you and knock on your door instead, and slap you with a harassment order so watch your backs, proudly a coloured cape flat$ woman
Cant get a hold of these people there telephone lines does not work and they not responding to emails, just need a paid up letter.
I was assisted by Vumile from customer care this morning and her service was excellent! I was very paranoid that I fell victim to a scam but she assured me and put me at ease that everything is in order. I hope her superiors notices her professionalism .

I bought a pack of spekko it was full of mites and small worms, lodged the complaint with them online up to date no response, very disgusted will definitly not buy your product again I already got a refund from the store that I bought it from.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint with regards to a request that I sent out on 25 December 2020 and in the early hours of 26 December 2020. I called ambulance service on numerous occasions and I was told ambulance 46 was dispatched to my address. I saw the ambulance drive past my house and called ambulance services again to request them to notify the driver that he drove pass. The consultant advised me he is maybe just making a u-turn and will come back. 20 min later I called again and I was told the ambulance is on its way, I called throughout the evening until early hours of 26 December 2020. I think I made approximately 10 calls and each and every consultant advised me the ambulance is on its way. Round about 03h00 in the morning I called again and requested this time to speak to a teamleader only to find out that my request has been logged as completed, I asked the teamleader what does completed mean and she advised me the driver logged my request as no ambulance assistance needed. The teamleader also advised she can only now request for assistance at 03h00 but that would mean I am in the que again and it will be like i am requesting an ambulance for the first time. At 5 I had to call for neigbours help because my 17 year old son was very weak and he is a paraplegic, because by that time the 2nd ambulance still did not pitch. The consequence my son died. I know everyone is going to make excuses because that is the only thing our services departments can do, however I want you to know that the driver who worked on ambulance 46 the 25th of December in the evening has got my sons blood on his hands and he needs to answer for that one day. I also feel the need to go public with this matter because this type of service is unacceptable. Maybe if he/she was'nt to lazy to log my request as completed (no ambulance assistance needed my son would still be alive.) Up to date no response. I wonder how you will feel if it happens to one of your family members, can you sleep at night?
I had a query with one of my creditors and contacted EZdebt Solutions. I was assisted same day and my problem was resolved within 1 business day. I have been their client for 3 years and their pda department is exceptional. I cant say I have experienced such excellent service from any service provider thus far. Thanx Ezdebt for excellent service. Will defintely recomend to my friends and family.
Very good product twin babies sleep right through, will definitly not waste money on Pampers again, try it you wont be sorry.
