Claim number came through at 17h55, lady that assisted said I should receive a call by 18h00. Well, no contractor called, nobody was assigned. This Morning I called again at 06h35, was told that Nokuthula Nkambiya will be assisting me at 07h37 and Khanyisa Dhliwayo has been to be reassigned to process , still no follow up on contractor. Then I called 4x more, no SMS received no contractor. Called again at 11h15, lady said she can’t help me it was assigned to a contractor, I asked for the contractors’ detail, she said she can, I ask could you please call them as they clearly not need the work they have enough money,. Still no call, I would like to know as a customer to Standard Bank. This last call the lady was rude and would not assist, I lost it in away. She promised me she will call me back with a follow up, and its not Standard bank it the contractors. Now tell me why Standard bank must contact the contractors. It seems to me – Standard bank service has gone down the drain. Standard Bank, them to assist customers and if a customer owes the world to the bank and the bank does not care. I would like a contractor to contact me ASAP. I will be logging this on Hello peter and with the ombudsman and Management departments, listen to all my calls, as they are all recorded by me too. Received the Chips, dried out , must be yesterdays Chips re fried, dry as hell and received NO sauce at requested. Put in a take way a box, not even a bag added . Well, we are not impressed with the kind of food we have been receiving from Streatery. Poor Food and poor services.... Elias who served us, please check on your customers food. The Dustbin saw the Chips. the Garage delivers better quality food. Wont be ordering from such a resturant and poor food.

Morning Once again it’s me Refer to 25/03/2021 new contract I took an extended amount on my bond 160000.00 adding to a total of 710000.00 Retail of my home is 2 200 000.00 estate valuation, Building Valuation is 3 896 200.00 I signed at the Lawyers Joubert and Schultz my repayment is 7783.73 – break down (Bond repayment 5873.88, Credit Life 923.27 / Building Insurance 732.42). Now its gone up to 8180.65 in a matter of time from I signed at the lawyers 13 April’2021 to now without notifying the Attorneys as well I got a SMS that my building Insurance has increased with 581.58. I asked how come, are they telling me that each time I loan on my standard bank home loan my building insurance will go up and up, I told them, I was not sent documents and why they just increased. I asked what has happened since my late husband passed away, I am a Widow a working one and I don’t have money to throw away, 581.58 is a lot of money to me. She said they took an estimate and upped my Building insurance, they can do that, so it means Standard bank can steel from customers once again. Like previously, but I was refunded. I took the extra bond out as Standard bank Building Insurances refused to pay my claim of water damage and a leaking roof, so I needed the funds to fix my own home, but yet Standard bank can steel form me to ups my building insurance, I have a standard home nothing exotic. I do not agree, to Standard bank Building Insurance doing like they want and steeling once again from a Customer, I want to know for 1314.00- I hope I am covered for everything – and that standard bank Building Insurance can’t refuse to pay any claims even if it wear and tear. I will make sure of this with my Attorneys – a letter will be sent to Standard Bank Building Insurance. Standard bank Building Insurance has still not called me or followed up on my claim logged on system beginning of the year, that’s why I decided to fix my own home. I am not a stupid widow, I know my values and property values, I can’t be fooled. I think it’s time to move my building Insurance somewhere else. And to take my Bond and account Somewhere, where customers money can’t be stolen and they won’t do things without notifications or sending an assessor to evaluate the property. I did not sign up for this increase and everything is still the same, so what are you going to do about this – I am sure Hello Peter and Cart Blanch will love to hear about my story and other customers stories. MTN, poor bad services, I need to know is this lawful, my husband passed away 08 May 2019, I applied for a change of ownership, was done all went 100%, then the Executor sent a letter to MTN for me to do change of ownership, MTN just declines my change of ownership there and then the contract, MTN hoping to claim from the estate, after them been told they cannot claim from the estate, I did another change of ownership the store in Greenstone across Dischem, the consultant beg=hind the counter assisted, scanned everything through as requested, but he went on leave, the debit order did not go through, I paid via EFT as MTN cancelled everything, been without a phone for over a month, then I paid again MTN said I have not paid, yet I did and again as they cancelled the debit order. its been since June that I have to pay for the full package - I have my number in use but my Late husbands number and the ****les are still not activated, for some reason sending mails to cim_legal@mtn.co.za, no response and every time the say its activated and its not, will I upgrade to with MTN again no, I also tell everyone what has happened even other service provides say its not lawful what MTN has done, I will pay till the contact is over, but other customers must know if their loved ones pass away MTN is the only cell phone provider that does this, MTN does not care about their customers and you just money to them, next year I will keep my numbers and go to a better cellphone provider. I have sent 100s of mails and still no luck. how does one pay the full package and nobody cares I want all 3 other numbers activated but its like talking to the wall.
