BEWARE: Millstock Cars
I am so frustrated, after paying for a used Ford in cash, I then waited over a month for the car with constant excuses from allan, never once did anyone even call me to update me on the status of my vehicle, I had to sit around wondering what's happens, and whenever I called in I am told they not sure and they will let me know later that day what's happening, not even 1 single call back to let me know, to the point where I finally cancelled the car, now I am waiting almost weeks for my money back again with different excuses after being told I would have my money back in 2 days. STAY FAR AWAY! Worst buying experience of my life, absolutely zero customer service.

Worst courier service in South Africa
Terrible customer service, after tracking my package it arrived in CPT on Saturday at their depot. Its now been 4 days no word I have called into their support centre only to hold 2 hours then be told they will email despatch. Now today 5 days later knowing my package is literally 20min drive from my house. I called them this morning on hold for 1 hour no answer. Ive come to the depot been here over 2 hours now to discover they cant find my package I went for help at reception just an empty desk.. absolute pathetic service and the worst courier company in SA

Unorganized, unprofessional and a bunch of liars
A lady named Debbie one of the apparent directors of empire growth promotions, contacted us for help as she was so late with organizing usb's for her client. She called telling us 10 times a a day with stories about her child etc to try emotionally blackmail us. We were able to still assist her with securing the item she required, then she was not able to arrange a courier in time once again unorganized. So I offered that if she is willing to pay me petrol I will kindly drop off her items at her client, this was a Friday around 4pm, I sat in terrible traffic but made her deadline. She agreed that they would pay me first thing Monday morning. It is now 5 days later, she now ignores my calls and messages. Very disappointed, go out my way to help this women only for her to turn on me, extremely unprofessional and a 2 faced liar.
