I just got ****med R750 I never signed up for. I was desparately looking for a house to rent and I was asked to R19 so I can get the landlord’s number. When I try to lay my complaint they don’t have contact number.
My account was reported for fraud and the case was handled by Lunga Bottoman of which he managed to solve the case and he told me to wait 24 hours for my account to be unholded. I tried to make deposit and they didn't go through, so I had to go to the branch and check what's happening and they said my account is still on hold. I tried to call Mr Lunga but I couldn't get hold of him the call just went straight to voicemail. Please kindly assist about my account. I really don't know what to do from here because he was the one dealing with the case. Otherwise, I would like to rate him 10/10 for his service and he is well trained for customer service. Thank you.
You guys scammed me my money yesterday i purchased R100 1foryou voucher and when i redeem it there was an error on your system as it was loading for a long time without confirmation that the voucher was redeemed succesfully. And i had to refresh and start again and it said the voucher has already been redeemed yet i still have R0.05 balance on my account and thats unfair because the money is hard earned .
So i booked the bus for 15 june 2022 that will travel at 18:45 from Port Elizabeth to Durban so we had to sleep at the station the whole night. The raining was pouring so badly and we didn't have anything warm to wear since we thought we will get the warmth during the journey from the bus ride. I never felt that cold in my life i couldn't even move a thing a night because of City to city. Im so disappointed with your service. It would've been much better if they called us and notify us that they are no longer coming instead of making us sleep outside. What we we got ****d?? What if we got mugged by thugs?? What if we got kidnapped m*** useless service ever
I received an email and sms from FNB KYC they said i should email my fica documents on the provided email they gave me and i did i waited for a long time for their response but nothing happened instead they kept sending me the same email and sms and i did send the documents. My account is now frozen without a valid reason because of this fica thing and worse part i even called one of the KYC consultants and asked if my fica was approved and they said yes but still my account is frozen. The consultant told me to go to the branch they will help me and i did that only to find out no one was willing to help me.
Previous weeks i have been receiving messages regarding sim swap request and i have replied no to all of them cause i thought maybe someone was trying to perfom sim swap on my account the last time i received that message was on the 26 june 2020 after that the sim said SIM NOT PROVISIONED i took my husbands phone and tried to call mtn so i can ask about what happened on my sim card one call centre agent said there was no sim swap perfomed but it shows that my sim card is business number and its under contract well i was shocked to hear that and i asked politely how can i resolve that issue, the agent said they will transfer me to contract department well i wait luckily the call was picked and the agent said my sim is under contract but what shocked me more is that i haven't applied nor receiving a message or a call asking me if i want contract or not but only to find that my sim is on contract. I asked politely what can i do some agent said i should go to my nearest branch some said they cant help me some said i should stop that contract ....i went to the branch several times and they were rude and they said they cant help me then they called next customer...today i called 0831800 but all the agents kept transferring me to other lines and they didnt help and im so frustrated regarding my cellphone banking as well as applications i had made from schools and my sim was the only way to help them to contact me......please help me. thank you.
Previous months i wrote a review regarding my Capitec account that was reported fraud then blocked without being informed. I would like to Complement the great work Capitec Complaint management did for me to investigate my issue until it was solved. Their staff were friendly talkive which made me feel comfortable to ask an question i dont understand. I wish all the Capitec bank team the best and to keep up all the good work #Blackfriday

My account number was blocked without being informed and i didn't get any chance to share my side of the story. I went to Capitec bank for help but the consultant was so rude and didnt even tell me what to do .please help i want to unblock it
