Purchased an MAC Africa generator, exactly a year and 2 months later, the engine seized. The generator is out of its 1 year warranty by 2 months, how convenient. I am extremely disappointed.

Compliant! On Friday the 13th, I phoned the Discovery call center to hear if a Nebulizer will be covered under my Wellthfund, the call center agent said it will be covered, a asked numerous times. She agreed it will be covered. My child is really sick and our nebulizer stopped working. Friday afternoon, I drove all the way to Dischem, spend an hour in the que, just to get Infront, pharmacist telling me that the nebulizer isn’t covered. Like the call center agent said earlier the day, just call us when you are there that we can assist in the correct nappi code. Again I phoned Discovery and this time the call center lady said, no nebulizers isn’t covered under the wellthfund, and that they apologize for the miss information. An apology isn’t good enough if Discovery waist my time and my money. I had to drove approximately 10 km, I had to stand an hour in a que, I paid my nanny R 150 extra for that hour and a half, she looked after my child just for Discovery to say sorry, nebulizer isn’t covered! This is truly pathetic from Discovery side. And then on the App that you so gladly promote, your can see your benefits available, but upon requesting for those benefits to be used, it is inaccessible and cannot be used. Why is it the available on the App if we don’t have access to it?
MiWay keeps phoning me asking me to do a quotation with them, today I agreed after I told him you won't beet my current insurance premium, he kept insisting i should do a quote, I agreed. He put me through to Tayler the person working under supervision, again like previously MiWay could beet my premium and after they promises me R 400.00 if they cant beat my current premium, they transferred me between them and then, after I said they are in the wrong because they can track all my previous call ( as it is recorded ) I want my R400.00 At the end the 2 of them ( the guy and Taylor) just hang-up on me because they don't want to pay me what i am owed for wasting my time as I told them.
Well done Dotsure! My Zeus can’t stand to be alone. I was running an errand 31 December when I received a call from my mother-in-law saying my fur-baby cut his paw. I called the vet to hear what I should do and they suggests I should bring him in so that they can have a look. Unfortunately the Vet said that Zeus should get stitches. My stress levels was throw the roof, how are we going to afford this in a month like January. Then completing the necessary forms to authorize the surgery the receptionist asked me do we have insurance. It was as if a mountain was lifted of my shoulders when I realized, yes we do have Dotsure. Two hours later I could take my Zeus home. The receptionist gave me the necessary forms and told me how the process worked and what I should do. I submitted the claim on the 2nd of January 2020 15:14 by 16:10 I received an email confirming that our claim was approved. On the 3rd of January 2020 the amount claimed was deposited into our bank account. Saying I’m thankful is an understatement, there isn’t enough thank you’s in the world. Currently Zeus is doing well, it’s almost time for the bandages to come off, Zeus can wait to get back into the water.
