During the second week of October 2025 I saw an advert on social media that this company(Japs Auto Solution) have an engine that I was looking for. I have to pay for it R21 000 that include handling and courier service. Invoice was provided to me and the receipt sent back. Tracking number details were sent for express drop shipping company that will be used by them to deliver the product. Later they inform me about another payment that I need to pay for RRIF insurance which is R12 500 which I told them they will have to pay it. They are refusing to refund me now as I don't want their engine anymore with all these delays.
Its been more than two months still waiting for my refund from them which I made as the deposit. I have e-mailed them all the documents that they required but still no answer( tshepo.matsena@auctionnation.co.za, rachel.m@auctionnation.co.za, carol.m@auctionnation.co.za) are playing hide and seek with my refund while I asked them in January.

On the 6th October I was instructed by Dial Direct to collect a hired vehicle to Europcar because I never received any communication to return it, Europcar sent people to collect it while knowing that my own car is still with the panel workshop, Dial direct failed to inform me about this whole issue and now I was treated like a ******** next to my family. I had to extend the days till 21st October out of my own pocket and when I log the compliant they inform me that they will come back to me on 27th October, Now I did ask them what will I be driving between then and received no answer. They are asking me did I contacted the workshop regarding my car and told them its not my responsibility to do that they are the one who sent me to them.
Death Claim My sister Nozuko Gloria Madinda - 7309150422085 passed away last year but this insurance has never paid, They been send my mother up and down asking all the papers which she provided even now she is lying in hospital with depression, She has stopped working because of the health problems. SHAME ON YOU
Bad service from this company I paid my account last month(28.08.23) but they claim I never paid it. I provided them with the proof of payment for July and August even then they still lying to me.
They have never disappointed me with the renewals
