I have been with Dotsure for a year now and always marvel how quickly they reply and especially how quickly they refund me generously for services at the vet.
Order # H***0100 I ordered printer cartridges and paid in full on 8 May expecting them to be delivered soon. Only after I had paid, did I receive an email that the order was on back order as they did not have stock. On 11 May I received an email that the stocks were expected that week but that was the last I heard from them. Retails stores are selling these cartridges now, some much more expensive than HP Store, but some cheaper. However, I cannot buy from them without knowing if HP Shop is going to send me my order. They do not answer their phone and they do not respond to emails.
I rented an Avis car through Discovery Insure on 20 January and returned the car 24 January. To date, despite several calls, I have not been refunded my deposit of around R2500. Each time I call, I'm told either that the file has not been finalized, or that the problem lies with Discovery Insure who is delaying the refund. I've been promised on three separate calls to expect a refund within 2-3 working days. But still no refund.. On the day I returned the car, I was told I had damaged the bumper. This damage was specified on the checklist before I took the car. It was only when I told Avis I would resort to social media if they charged me for the damage, that they wrote that they would not charge me for the damage. But I still have not received my deposit back.
Generator Warehouse installed a generator at my home just over a year ago. They were extremely efficient and each technician arrived on time for his portion of the work to be done. I’ve been lucky enough not to have had many power cuts since then, but when I have had, the generator has been reliable. They arrived on time too for the annual service. I’ve taken a year to compliment them because I hadn’t subscribed to Hellopeter. I strongly recommend them.
Nu Power installed solar power several months ago but it’s only now that I’ve had power cuts and been sure the solar power works. The installation took a few days with different technicians performing their particular portion of the job. They were extremely efficient and I strongly recommend them to anyone wanting solar power.
I was told Alair Airconditioning is reliable and efficient so I called them in for a quote. They were the only company who quoted quickly (the other two I called didn't bother). Alair came on time today to do the installation. They worked quickly and cleanly, vacuumed when they were finished. I really was extremely impressed and will recommend them to anyone asking me for an air conditioning company.
I bought an airfrher last year August and the airfryer stopped working this year September. I called WADE in the Takealot call centre for a copy of my invoice. He told me the airfryer was still under guarantee and offered to collect it from my house, deliver it to the repair centre and return the repaired or replaced airfryer when done. I was so impressed. I hadn't expected Takealot to go this route a year after my purchase. Thank you Takealot. No wonder Takealot is always my first port of call when I need something.
