Very pathetic service received at Cape Town airport, on the 25 October 2025. I was treated like a ******** from bag drop off as I had already checked in. My company paid for x amount of kg to check in, I had an extra bag which was empty considering that I was still my limit, I was asked to pay which I didn’t understand. As we were boarding the 2 ladies (one being the one that checked me in and the other that was a bystander) said they will offload my bags from the aircraft. I asked for the speed point they refuse the speed point and to go to the nearby atm that I saw, they reckoned I must not be flown on the aircraft and it’s not their problem if it leaves me I will have to rebook myself. They insisted I give them cash. Unfortunately in my purse I only had 150 rands there were not bugging. I went a requested a top from my colleague the money was then short by R20 as they also didn’t have much cash with them. The lady was adamant that I must evacuate the aircraft. I just had to ask a lady in the aircraft to give me R20. She did. No receipt was issued to me as pop nor a note. I was hoping my receipt maybe would be sent on email, that didn’t happen. This was the worst’ treatment I had received from these ladies, emotionally and physically harassed at third degree. There was the time they parked me on the side, whilst there boarding people, which I believe I would have used that time to go to the atm, worse I could see it. Can this behaviour and service towards customers by SAA be avoided. It is not pleasant at all.
Pathetic service from Old Mutual, the red tape in their process is tiring. Made a request with them last week 7 days later if you phone the head office you are ask to redo everything. I have been made to fill the requests 5 times and send accompanying documents to this date nothing.
My disappointment to Contempo Klerksdorp on their grand opening. I bought lot of items and requested the lady at store to assist by keeping it in front as they didn’t have basket. To my surprise when I got home some of the items were not there. Considering it was the last item I am assuming they kept it for themselves. What is disturbing me me is that I personally asked the lady to keep these items and they decided not to give me everything.
Poor service from the Manager and bad attitude. Came at the shop when the store opened to return torned pyjamas , the lady in front processed everything all she needed to do was to authorize. I waited at the shop for more than an hour. I gave my slip unfortunately it was clear. They forced me to take another item. Babalwa and her Manager were very rude.
If you value your money and best customer service stay away from rainbow parking shuttles they are not professional. I left my car with them to my surprise they took stuff from my car. When I reached out to the Manager Leon he didn’t give reasons why my stuff was taken from my car. To be specific among the things they took was my house keys. When I arrived home after a long trip I couldn’t access my property. To this day Leon still has my keys. I have reached out to him since October 2024 he hasn’t made arrangements to send my keys. Mind you all keys are there including my remotes. It has been empty promises to get them. My worry they will start taking small items and it will escalate to bigger items like the car. I would not recommend this company.
Miway took sent a towing car in December 27th after I called them after the incident, they then arranged for the car to be towed to the nearest dealership. 2 months later no update from them the Dealership when I call them they will advise that they re waiting on my insurance (Miway) to give a go ahead. Since December my car has been at the dealership. When you consider taking an insurance from my experience with miway stay away if you want a peace of mind. You definitely don’t see the value for money. I’m currently checking for another insurance. This is so stressful I don’t want to lie.
Poor service rendered by miway, I used to advocate for them but the experience of other people I also experienced it myself. My car was damaged being parked outside because of their Service provider. Over and above that I lodged claim about a month ago. The inconvenience of being with a fridge since December no update from them. This is poor service at third degree. My loyalty is costing me really. I don’t really recommend miway to anyone wait until you are in a problem. Pathetic service ever. Their Seniors Managers they will call you promise heaven and earth.
Jean the owner of the property charged us a fee for cancellation after we told her we will not be staying at her place due the crabs in the room in the toilet bowl to be specific and also in an event of death. She took the money. The same room she allocated was ysed as a storage. This is in Ass*** in KZN the business is under her name 40 Fraser road ,Ass***
Very pathetic service from my way, they keep you on a call and promise to return your calls at times. I had lodged a claim with them since December to date, I haven’t been assisted I can name endless list of consultants that have told me that they will escalate the issue. The past weekend a gate fell on my niece the same gate that was damaged by Service provider they appointed, as we speak my niece is fighting for her life to little or no assistance from miway. I regret staying with miway because of all the experience I had. Very pathetic service to say the least
Poor service experienced at Mall of Africa, 2 cashier’s working when we had a long queue. When we enquired there’s no Supervisor on duty. Pathetic service on Sunday
