If you value your money and time please stay away from Rainbow parking at OR Tambo International Airport. I used their services(05 to 09 January 2026)to park our car while going on holiday. While we were on holiday to our surprise we realized that the car was being driven around on three occasions on two different days(07 & 08) for a total of 14 kilometers. I informed their manager Leon who was ***** in his answers and making false promises. The only answer that he gave was that the car was mistakenly picked up from their yard to the airport but when I asked him if the car was mistakenly picked up on three occasions he couldn't account. We've sent him all the screenshots from the tracking company(Netstar) that shows all the movements of the car but he didn't want to take responsibility or accountability. Rainbow parking is bad news and they lack honesty, trustworthiness, reliability and the truth. Their so called manager Leon he's very good in making false and empty promises and he doesn't value customers at all.

If you value your money and best customer service stay away from rainbow parking shuttles they are not professional. I left my car with them to my surprise they took stuff from my car. When I reached out to the Manager Leon he didn’t give reasons why my stuff was taken from my car. To be specific among the things they took was my house keys. When I arrived home after a long trip I couldn’t access my property. To this day Leon still has my keys. I have reached out to him since October 2024 he hasn’t made arrangements to send my keys. Mind you all keys are there including my remotes. It has been empty promises to get them. My worry they will start taking small items and it will escalate to bigger items like the car. I would not recommend this company.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay as far away as possible from Rainbow Parking Shuttle’s so-called “Meet & Greet” service at Johannesburg airport. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. They left me stranded for over 30 minutes, while every other greeter from other companies was promptly there. When I reached out on WhatsApp to complain, instead of apologizing, they got defensive and outright rude—a behavior I find disturbingly common here, where accountability seems to be an alien concept. The guy even had the audacity to tell me I should be grateful for their "services." Grateful? For unprofessionalism and incompetence? For a moment, I genuinely thought my car had been ****** and was on the verge of calling the police. When the representative finally arrived—reeking of alcohol, no less—he demanded I pay an “outstanding balance.” This was beyond absurd, as I had already paid when I left the car with them. It felt like a ****. After a heated exchange, they grudgingly explained that what I initially paid was only a deposit (something they conveniently failed to mention at the start). To make matters worse, they didn’t even have a card machine on hand, despite their website clearly stating they accept card payments. I had to wait even longer while they borrowed a machine from another company. Unbelievable. This company is an absolute disgrace. From poor communication to appalling customer service, they couldn’t have handled this situation worse if they tried. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Avoid Rainbow Parking Shuttle at all costs, and here’s hoping they go bankrupt sooner rather than later. They don’t deserve to operate.

Recently used Rainbow Parking's Meet and Greet Service at Heathrow and would never use them again. Took them 45mins to come and meet me at the meeting point and that was after I called them at least 15 times. When their driver turned up he wasn't in uniform so I had to carry out my check before I parted with my key. On the return again called them ahead as per the instructions and was told you'll have to wait 45mins which I didn't mind. When the driver turned up my car was in 1 piece and only 13 miles added which was fine. What is a problem is they disconnected my dash cam. When I emailed them about this, they have failed to reply. Hence I thought I'd leave a warning for others using Rainbow Parking
