On the 7th of March 2025, my husband and I received a quote for our new cherry 7 Tiggo pro from Mr Class Maluleke, premium was R834 and according to him, no matter howany times we asked, the excess was R5000, he mentioned a 10% fee for the value of the vehicle but skipped and not explain what it was, he explained everything except what the 10%, we got involved in an accident with an animal and only found out about the 10% when we claimed, MyWay wants R55000 excess to fix our car, where else we only knew about the R5000 excess. My people of color, Myway is a **** and nothing is explained to you until you claim.

Layby gas made life easier for people like me who do not always have cash to purchase clothes, but Jet store in Heidelberg GP has made it impossible to make a layby, the lady who assisted me Mmaphakwane said that their layby system has been off for the longest time it's either I buy cash or open sn account with them. I prefer layby since my income isn't stable, please consider assisting customers like me with capturing your layby manually or cancel the Layby system completely.

Bradlows has failed me in many occasions, lodging a complaint with them is a hustle, my husband and I bought a 3 piece Newbury lounge suit that has a three year warranty, the one seater couch had a problem with the recliner, it was taken for repairs by the jdg group, but they returned it with the leather peeled off, we asked for a replacement as they damaged it but till today our complaint has been falling into deaf ears, it's even worse when we ask for a refund no one is willing to help even the store manager at carnival mall has made promises that she has not kept, it has been 6 months, the couch has not returned nor replaced like we asked them to, what is it that we can do....

Supporting proudly SA products has turned to a nightmare, as an SA consumer it seems my complains are not taken seriously, Grafton Everest has been giving me sleepless nights, my one seater leather grafton everest recliner couch went for repairs as it had problems with the recliner, but returned damaged the leather was peeled off, it was returned in a worse condition after the color was not the same and the peeled off part was not properly repaired, it has been 3 months without the one seater and I'm being taken from pillar to post by Bradlows carnival mall and by grafton everest offices I do not kno w what to do now I can't afford a lawyer..
I am very disappointed by just going through the complains, my husband and I bought the new berry recliner suite in june 2019, june 2020 we took the single seater to repairs as it had a problem with the recliner but when the couch was returned it was damaged from the factory the leather had peeled off, it has been months without the couch and there is no progress, bradlows told us that the matter is out of their hands, we bought a 3 piece suite now we are left with two and we were not the ones that damaged it like that in the first place.
My husband and I bought a house and it was built by impetha solutions for 806k , 700k was financed by the bank and 106k was paid by us in cash, we were not happy with the finishes and when we complained nkosana dube threatened to sell the house we paid the amount 106k in cash without the finishes being complete because we had no home I am unhappy to say that most of the finishes are not done and it has been close to two months since weve occupied the house manicipality has cut electricity because impethat did not pay the water bill that they used to build the house we can not register with manicipality until they pay we have complained many times but into deaf ears the toilet bowls are unstable there many cracks in the house the water pipes are leaking garage door isnt functioning the list goes on and on yet we paid, I personally do not like the way they operate their business.
