I am trying to get hold of O'Brien and D'Arcy Jewellers in N1 City Mall, but all the numbers listed fails when I call. I phoned the Mall information desk, they were not helpful at all. Just told me that the only number they have, and that's it. I asked if they have an email address or an alternative way to get hold of them, and the lady just said no. Not good customer service at all.
Moving is supposed to be a very stressful time, but the team at Eezi Move made sure that everything runs smoothly and on time. I lived in my house for 18 years and dreaded moving, but it was a pleasure dealing with them.
I have been struggling with my Telkom landline and have reported the fault on 19 August. Up until today I have not had any feedback, and my phone is still not working. I phone every 3 days, and every time they tell me that it has been escalated, and I must wait 48 hours, then it will be fixed. This is the most pathetic service I have had in a long time. I really don't think Telkom wants customers, they would actually prefer that all their customers cancel their Telkom accounts!!!!!
