No such thing called Ombudsman ,think it’s a **** How are we suppose to get assistance from the mediation service provider and get told that I must directly contact the insurance, Guardrisk which has been sending me from pillar to post. It’s been a year now trying to get Cas number S159/24 resolved but with no luck. Even tried to get Amukelani’s adjudicator cause he is not assisting me at all as I always have to call or email him,he has no sense of urgency at all. Still waiting for Lerato Malefa to get back to me. The case was reopened cause every time I contact Guardrisk I hit a dead end . How am I suppose to communicate with Guardrisk as I’ve been told by Amukelani and yet not getting any assistance from Ombudsman. No wonder all the reviews are negative.

No sense of urgency in dealing in long overdue claim. It's been 60 days and still no progress. The best thing for me is to lodge a complain with the Ombudsman and go to Jozi fm so that people can be aware of the service /**** insurance.
Best word to describe is **** Insurance, they never get any problem resolved, *********** service providers . No sense of emergency or even consider clients concerns
Worse insurance, will make you hold the line for long and with no positive feed back. Still waiting for approval for roof repairs for almost 2 weeks now and yet the debit order goes through every month without Fail
Had a fruitless meeting with Harcourts and ****s van Heerden regarding the defects of my property and *****ulent COC used to register the property. They called the meeting and when I got there they asked me why did I call the meeting imagine. The agent Zwelithini Khumalo has failed to disclose the defects on the declaration form which Jd Robertson of ****s van Heerden failed to answer when I asked him how is it possible that the declaration can be made and signed only by the sellers and agent 5 months prior to the property being registered? Its clear that principle off transparency and dishonesty is lacking. As for the owner of Harcourts Rhino Louis Barbosa all that he uttered during the meeting was the "F" word, he repeatedly murmured the word. The guy is RUDE as hell. If this is how they operate using *****ulent COC to register properties then SABC News, Skhipha amafiles and Wendy Knowler will be one way of exposing such and assisting others. Take note that I have made contact with the above and they have acknowledged receipt of my email and waiting for them to come back to me. All that they want is bring another electrician to repair and issue another COC as if that will change the fact that my property was registered with a *****ulent COC.
Good day My name is Mmakau Segoati I recently bought a property at stand number 3093 Kgaladi Street Protea North through Rhino Harcourts and was registered by ****s Van Heerden. A few days after moving in, I experienced some electrical faults and found out that there are defects in the house which the seller had to attend to after I informed the agent Zwelithini Khumalo of Rhino Harcourts. Now that it's been raining the roof is dripping. The agent, Zwelithini Khumalo informed the electrician, Tebogo Nkomo and the seller . The electrician mentioned that there was a loose wire that caused a spark in the DB box. I then asked the electrician why was the wire not pick up during inspection? Is the wiring right in the DB box? He's answer was, in order for the whole DB box to be fixed there's an amount he will charge. I failed to understand why is it that I have to pay for something that has already been issued and found compliant according to the COC. I then scrutinized the COC and took it to ECA in Edenvale and both the electrician's I'd and registration number was not found and does not appear on their system. Was even told that the COC is *****ulent and it's invalid. The agent Zwelithini Khumalo admitted to not verifying the electricians COC while Jd Robertson of ****s Van Heerden says the COC is valid and there's nothing wrong with it. I asked myself how is it possible that one can pay up to almost R40 000 for the transfer and registration with an Invalid COC? I contacted the Department of Labor and lodged a complain and the matter is being investigated. The COC was declared Invalid by the Department of Labor.

WORSE SERVICE PROVIDER, received UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE from consultant by the name of Hope Pikwa. She is EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND WORSE CONSULTANT EVER. I wonder if she was Trained Properly about Customer service or she even knows what it is exactly. And as for her Branch Manager Brumalda Choonara she just stood there watching her consult Dispecting us and walked away while talking to her. How does she manage the whole branch, I wonder
