I paid my account on 25 Aug as I usually do via capitec loaded as beneficiary pay the amount boom all sorted. Explained them not to debit as they do not have debit orders other then 1st of every month. Reversed the debit order for the 1st. Mind u my payment is still on for the amount I paid on 25th of August only due on 1st Sept. My service has been canceled after iam the kne that called them from the first to rectify the issue. Sent proof of payment sent messages called and my calls gets dropped rep**** on emails 2 to 3 times asking for updates as did they allocate my payment. Received an email from BAPHIWE HLONGWANE only om 11th asking me to send proof of payment and dead quite after that. Today is the 15th my service is still down and no update. Called call center as soon as they open my account they drop my call

3BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD CLIENT SERVICES I HAVE ORDERED ON THE APP BEFORE FOR DELIVERY FOR MY MOM WHO. THE APP WAS FAULTY KEPT GOING BACK TO COLLECT WHEN I CLICKED ON DELIVERY. WHEN IT OFFICIALLY STAYED ON DELIVERY I PLACED ORDER AND PAID AFTER I PAID IT SHOWS COLLECT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE SPOKE TO A GUY THERE THAT WAS RUDE AND DIDNT EVEN WANT TO UNDERSTAND ****, HE ADVISED MAM YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE STORE NOT SURE HOW BUT U NEED TO GO TO THE STORE WE WILL NOT PAY YOU BACK. I CALLED THE STORE #KFC THEY ADVISED IT HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE MR D DOES THAT. I HAVE POSTED ON FACEBOOK AND EMAIL BUT DOLOLO IAM ****ING ****ED. IT CAN BE DONE ON UBER EATS NO STORIES I WILL GO BACK TO THEM IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT SORTED.

We arrived at the Movies on Sunday the 29th of September and we were embarrassed as none of the tickets worked. Went to mcdonalds to enquire and they advised all the tickets expired on the 30th of august. Never in my life have I ever received such ****py service with false information.
