Please be very careful with the clicks online store https://clicks.onlines-outletss.shop/pages/shipping-policy_f9ac46ae I was ****med. I waited over a month only to be told my package was delivered. I got nothing and these people sent me step by step tracking only to find By a company called Track 718 and giving a tteacking code STK300151146*** and all of a sudden my package was delivered and they don't respond to me any more. ****MERS!! Please I want everyone to know that is way I will be posting on all social media platforms
I always had the best things to say about prime loans. They were always helpful and kind. Today I did a reapplication and was just declined no explanation. I have never once missed a payment with them. And today they let me down did not even want to offer me a smaller amount nothing just and automatic voice when I called to find out why I was declined. I'm so disappointed

I would like to thank Leroy Martin for stepping in to assist me when no one else did. He was even kind to me when I was harsh with him and that says alot. The 5 star I'm giving is to thank Leroy for everything he has done and to thank him for putting up with me and through it all still being kind to me. I recommend doing any loan through him he is a true gem
I have never experienced this bad service since I have been using lime24. It is unreal how bad the service is.The communication level terrible. Lime24 use to always be on the ball...sadly they have dropped the ball since century financial services now run everything please understand this is not targeted towards anyone in specific it's the general service level
Always loved dealing with lime 24 but I'm a bit worried now becos the service standard seemed has dropped. I was on hold this morning for over 45 mins and then just gave up.very anxious now that it's changed over to another name or changed over to Century. Sumaya was fantastic bit then my call just got cut off and that was it.

A warning to everyone out there. Do not deal with the KZN branch there is a woman there named "TASH" s supervisor or manager not sure. But u will have the worse experience ever. I was approved at 10:19 am 2 days ago signed the documents and approved the debit check. Then at 13:15pm the same day I was told that my loan was not approved. I now have a debit order set to go off but recieved nothing from the company. She claims she made a mistake and will call me back in 2 mins that was 2 days ago. Lucky I screen shot everyone. An been the person she seems to be she is taking out her incompetency on the lady that tried to assist me with the application. An that young lady is now worried about her job. This Tash is a bully and extremely ***********
