Love it
Amazing experience. I ordered at 4 the afternoon and the package arrived by 9am the next day. Super fast. And the goods came in a very creative box. And the goodies inside was amazing, all packaged well and very very good quality. Love it!

Impossible to cancel membership.
They are very easy to take your money for a membership/Repair Plan, but i have been trying for about 6 months now to cancel my membership because I don't have any appliances (all sold due to moving). They are completely non responsive. And just keep on taking my money each month.

Not sure what happened to Axxess.
Like some of the other reviews they were the best, I recommended them to friends, but now, they suck! They forgot or didn't Debit my account this month and then suspended my account because of their mistake. I am without internet for 4 days now even though I paid them directly 3 days ago. Customer service is non existent. Nomonde Mpongoshe Xanti is no help at all.

Very satisfied.
My order was 100% complete and 100% correct. The shipment was delivered in a timely manner. I found their prices to be very competitive, had some good specials as well. I also needed some more information about a particular product, and customer service was very happy to assist. I'd definitely do business here again.
