Wish I could give 0 stars. I have been without fibre for 3 days and I have need of internet to do my work. There has been no indication of what is going on or when this will be sorted out. I am still being charged for the service though. Its like being robbed in your home while watching the thieves taking your money. Poor service again Vodacom
I have been working through Afrihost to get my fibre installed and connected. I received great service from afrihost but vodacom fibre has not activated the fibre for more than 6 days now. All I am getting from them is that it has been escalated.
My belt grinder for knife making packed up this weekend, the vsd packed up. I let the team of NW Knives know and by Monday a new vsd was shipped to me. This is what i call customer service. Thank you for this!
After i have been informed that my cellc fixed LTE account will be discontinued i was put on a telkom LTE account for about the same monthly cost. After receiving the sim card and waiting for the switch over i realized the sim card does not work and i have, without prior notification, been put on a different package altogether. After opening a support ticket 02/12/2019 and a phone call nothing has been sorted out. Poor support from these guys.
Had a bad experience with someone opening a mtn account fraudulently, Luckily i was contacted by Trevashen Haripersad who sorted this out for me. I do not compliment often but i have to give credit to absolute great service. Thanks Trevashan!
I have urgently tried to get hold of FNB to reverse a fraudulent debit order from my account. After staying on private chat for more than 2 hours and trying to phone and holding on for more than 20 minutes at a time i do not know what’s left to do. i tried phoning 3 times during the day with the same amount of waiting time. Sad to say that i pay for this service. It is an embarrassment if I see or hear your ads and I know what service I have received.....
