Thank you for the excellent Service. I have peace of mind, knowing that when I place an order the goods will not only arrive on time but mostly before the the promised date of delivery. The last month of two there were items that I did not like and returned gor credit. The returned is logged immediately with an email confirmation. The goods are picked up the next day and within two days my credit refund is processed. Thank for the excellent service.

After a month and a half of sleepless night and stress when Discovery reversed all the claims for 2025 and sending out an email to say I own them more than R8 600.00. On Sat, 17 Jan 2026 I received an email from Adrian Gore at Discovery to apologize for the error and how poorly this whole matter was addressed. I want to say thank you for the acknowledgement that Discovery will credit the outstanding amount as the error was not my doing. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my email and I received the follow up email as promised from your admin department.

On 25 Dec 2025, they reversed all claims processed for the year due to system errors Now DEMANDING members pay ip or lose membership or blacklisting with collection agencies. This is why the app is not working. They blocked all limits and benefits hoping to cover not paying claims. SPG OF R4.5K SNOW BALLED INTO R15K. GOOD START TO 2026. This will cause members millions in SARS MEDICAL DEDUCTIONS IN 2026. THE TAX CERTIFICATES ARE WRONG. THE LAME APOLOGY IS NOT ACCEPTED. FIX AND WRITE OFF THE TENS OF THOUSANDS YOU ARE NOW DEMANDING from members.
Policy : PLAC4096644250624 Please policy with immediate effect. Yet every month you try and debit my bank account. PLEASE STOP IMMEDIATELY. Someone called me last year and I clearly indicated that I am not interested. You are charging me premiums for a policy that I did not even receive or have. This policy is costing me so much in bank charges every month. I have not physical documents and the gift that was promised in one of the calls was never delivered. My question to you is why I am expected to pay. My bank has been returning the debit order for the last three months, but the debit orders just keep on coming. Failure to cancel this unlaw policy activation in three (3) days will result in a complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman from July As I feel that my cancellation request are ignored

Big thank you to Scott and Thaps for the excellent service. Hyundai East Rand refused to honor the adverti*****t of R20K cashback. The cashback is a **** con to get customers. The Exter premiums in the media is R2850.00 but Hyundai takes the loan over eight years to hide the extra charges increased the monthly with R700.00. Kia Edenvale's quotes are transparent and they upfront. The level of service is 150%, excellent, good and trust worthy. Glad I made the right decision to walk away from the poor service at Hyundai East Rand.
Refuse cashback of R15K as part of deposit. False advising on cashback and monthly installment of R2850.00 in creased with R700. Demand that I pay the R15K before I get the Exter. Finance (Sifisos) ****s customers to arranged loans over eight years to ******* customers. Dishonest. Don't care, could not be bothered, attitude. Claim they can't honor HO responsible for advertising. I waited for three hours only to leave without a car deposit paid. Had to take Uber to get home. The service I got from Kia was so professional and excellent. Kia Endenvale, thank you for showing me that there are still honest dealerships that care about customers.
Why, why does Aston have one warranty plumber for call out. The plumber is in Cosmo Cit Randburg. How is it possible to have one person cover from Randburg to Springs on the Eastrand. According to Aubrey at Aston they only work with this ONE plumber ONLY
I made an Enquiry regarding one of the mobile data contracts on 05 Nov 2024. The sales consultant then completed my details. Towards the end of my call, I asked him to cancel because I wanted to go at another service provider. He then without my consent activated the contract. I then called the customer service who told me the wanted my bank statement to cancel the contract. Why, I asked because wanted to report the consultant for *****. Telkom can only cancel if I give them my bank statement and they can't cancel the contract or take against the consultant. Now I must pay for three months before ***** can be investigated. WHY?TELKOM YOU ARE PROMOTING ***** WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES.
