The most unreliable and unprofessional company! On the 11th of December I purchased a router that comes with TELKOM SIM card uncapped. It was delivered on the 16th and till today it has not been activated. I call them everyday and they put me on hold for an hour. You can’t even send them an email. All the sales representatives are useless and do not take their business seriously. I feel ****med because I paid for the service that was not provided!
They are a ****! They want you to pay them R1500 upfront before they can approve your loan. How does a credit provider company demand an upfront payment from an individual who is seeking assistance from them? Make it make sense please ! Stay away from these ****mers!
I have booked a ticket from Cape Town to Durban via a travel agency called Travelstart. (Booking no: ZA13027371). Lift airline has the audacity to contact the agency and cancel my ticket without my knowledge. I went to the airport and I was not told anything prior to this trip. I arrived and the lift employees **** and said Travelstart was the one that canceled my flight without even refunding me. I missed the flight and I am so unhappy because I was not even notified about all of this nonsense. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I haven’t even received my money back. Imagine if I had no money for another flight!
I bought shoes from Adidas and this company delivered my parcel! The driver was swearing at me and calling me names! He was rude and disrespectful! I am so unhappy with them! The comps must train their illiterate drivers or just shut down the business! Order number : 34038207
I have changed cards 3 times due to Capitec scams! Last month there was an Uber debit charge from my card and I have no Uber account! This happened immediately after I went to update the app on my new phone in Johannesburg Park Station. I reported the issue and I was told to make another card. Yesterday there was another Uber debit charge and this morning I got a notification from Capitec regarding the failed online payment of R2270,00 that I don’t even know off! Keep in mind that this is the new card and I have no online subscriptions. I called them and they told me that this is how Mastercards are and they were nonchalant about it. I am so done with this bank! The tellers are the ones giving out our information if not scamming us. I wouldn’t recommend it!
I bought a phone cover and they gifted me some little stupid torch light. They emailed me telling me that the phone cover is unavailable and I told them I want a refund! I have been waiting for my refund and they are ignoring my emails now! The worst part is that they do not take calls because they are a bunch of scammers!
Booked a flight for the 22nd of January and it was a 8am flight. I arrived at the airport around 7:15 and they refused to check in my bag that I have already paid for and sent me to customer service. When I got there, the Indian lady said I need to purchase a new ticket for the 12:00 flight to Durban. I was really disappointed because according to my knowledge, one must check in 45min prior to the departure time. I had no choice but to buy that ticket again of which I also had to pay for the back again that they refused to check in. This airline is a scam! They deliberately look for things that they can use to make people pay more! Their service is also unimpressive! Air hostesses wearing jeans and sneakers were not only looking unprofessional but they behaved like that too. In the plane there was a lady called Noma (flight attendant) who was rude to me and the lady I sitting next to. Her tone was very sweet when she was addressing white people but as soon as she started talking to us, her tone automatically changed and she was rude. I am so disappointed with the fact that I had to pay double even when I was on time and the fact that I was disrespected by an air hostess who was wearing sneakers and jeans as if she’s promoting the airline and not a cabin crew member!
I traveled to Turkey on vacation and immediately when I landed my SIM card stopped working. It kept on giving me the “no service” response. I contacted vodacom several times with no response and when I returned back to South Africa my SIM card was deleted from their system with no valid reasons. I spoke to an online consultation who was rude named Nolwazi and I took screenshots of the conversation. I also communicated with one via email named Tebogo who told me that my number has been deleted and/or recycled. I am unhappy with their service and how they have handled this issue. I have been using this number for 14 years.

I bought the 5G router that comes with a sim two weeks ago. I called rain every day to find out why is the sim not working and they only responded to me after 7 days to tell me that there’s a duplication of the SIM card. Keep in mind that I thought they’ll do some sim swap or send me a new sim, they didn’t! Till today I wasted R500 on this nonsense! Rain doesn’t care about the customers!
