What a useless company. I wrote a review on the poor service I received from their Clearwater Mall shop. The bottom line is that they wanted to CHARGE us R7,500.00 to repair my wifes S10. I was told that the motherboard was broken. What rubbish. I took it to an independent dealer who CHARGED me R400.00 to reinstall the software. I purchased an A12 in July last year. STILL UNDER WARRANTY, for whats that worth. My cellphone would not backup on Smart Switch. I spoke to their call centre and the lady had no clue how to correct this. She asked me (about 10 days later} to send her the settings on my phone and on my computer. I did this which took some time. A few days later I was told by her to go to the samsung shop and let them reinstall the software. What a joke. After my first experience of the above problem. I would give them a -10 if I could. Their call centre agents know nothing. Not once did they ask me how new the cell phones were. Now I MUST GO TO THEIR USELESS SHOPS. I use a S10 cellphone which is 14 months old and still under guarantee. While updating the android system as per the cellphone my Samsung phone said that there was an error and my phone froze. No amount of restarts helped. I went to the samsung store in clearwater mall. They told me that they could not fix it as my mother board was cracked. The charge would be R7500.00. The people in the store were not interested in helping me. They were so busy talking to each other that it took about 5 minutes to help me. I then tool my phone to an independent store and they reloaded the software and charged me R400. Everything is working fine. Needless to say I will never again buy any samsung product. The absolute disinterest from their staff and the bull**** I was told speaks for itself. I will post this on all the sites available. No store answers a telephone call. Have tried two and it is a waste of time and money. The call center is just as bad. They answer the call. All they tell me is that it is up to 10%. Nobody can tell me the exact amount. They told me to go to the store. What a help. Never had such useless answers in my life. I can be contacted on 082 851 6031
Four of us went to the braai room on Sunday 29 November 2020. The food was so bad that none of us finished the so called food. We all ordered steak or Trinchardo. Neither was edible. We sent them back and they brought us new servings. Just as bad as the first. All the meat was so hard that we could barely eat it. I even question if it was steak. They gave us a 20% discount. What a joke. I will never ever go there or recommend this to anyone. It was the worst food I have eater in the last 20 years We work hard for our money, but nothing prepared us for being served such rubbish. Meyer 0828516031
I cannot get threw to the dispensary at Verdi. I am always told that they are so busy they have no time for incoming cal;ls. Their call center is also closed. They are very quick to take my money, but that's where the service stops. Me and my wife are long time customers at the Verdi branch. I will switch over to Clicks as dischem does not need my business. Absolutely a waste of time. Would hate to depend on them in an emergency.
Why anyone would visit any Cash Crusaders is a mystery to me. I have spent thousands of rands at the above shop. I bought a fast charger for my Samsung phone on the 6th of March 2020. This was a Friday. I tried it out on the Sunday. It is not working. I went to the store on Monday the 9th together with the charger,original packaging and the cash sale slip. The idiot who came from the buying side tested it and told me it is my phone and not the charger. I have three other fast chargers around my house, and they all work very well. I then asked for a refund, and was told that would not happen. I then informed this idiot that the CPA gives me at least seven days to return an item. He told me that electronics do not fall under the CPA. He took down my details, telling me that he had to phone head office. I have never heard from him since. They are a bunch of crooks. They are quick to buy goods from you at such low prices, and then mark them up 100%. Needless to say I will never go into that shop again. I will start posting on every site which relies on reviews. I have been going there for G-D knows how many years. I have never had an experience like today. My wife and I went for lunch today to Founders and choose from the pensioners menu. I ordered a steak made medium rare. I got a well done piece of rubber. I sent it back and received another one within 6 minutes. This one was cold and well done. It was obviously made before. If I was on my own, I would have walked out and told them to feed it to the ***s. It was cold, well done and had +-25% fat. It seems one gets what one pays for. A pensioner gets second grade meat and service. Will not go back there. 0828516031 Meyer
Went to the O B at clearwater. The food was terrible. My wife was sick, so I ordered a takeaway of Fish and Rice for her. When I got home and opened it for her there was fish and chips. The fish was so hard it was not edible. I did not order chips because they would not be heated in a micro oven. The service at the O B was non existent. I would deffinetly not recommend them to any human being and would not even feed the food to ***s. It amazes me that people still go to this branch. A waste of money, a waste of food and a terrible evening out. They should be rated at -5 stars. DISGUSTING.
