Tried getting hold of them via there messages,regarding my wallet, to no avail
Becarefull of vumatell which falls under the umbrella of webafrica, you can never call them only WhatsApp chats, I was suppose to be refunded R437 but only got R197. Now I have to go a whole process through again of not at the end of the day not getting my money, becarefull people. They rob you openly and nothing you can do.
I have been waiting almost a year for my phone to be returned, now I am in arreas of which bluelabel has placed me, I urge all not to use bluelabel for any phones or contracts
Always a bad service I get of these people, I paid in full the 15th, and the put me off, so now paying the now the 1st will be a double payment. Was at checkers hyper Noorde Paarl to withdraw money at the money market that was sent to me, as I asked the lady could she assist me, she says there is no money in the tills I should go to spar across the road as there is a Capitec there, is it because I am a colored guy and not white enough to be help, how do they not have cash at the money market, was really upset but kept my cool and went to Capitec, bare in mind I am not from Paarl, just working this side, won't go there again, thank you Checkers for your not so good service L.
I urge everyone to stay away from bluelabel connect, they are a bunch of *****s. After 5 months I get a email saying I now have to pay for repair cost, I have only sent my device in for software problem, now it's thing of if I don't pay repair cost, phone will be sold and I will stay have to pay, and on top of it they make your record looked bad, as a non payer, people stay away, this I will be posting on all social media platforms
I urge people to stay away from blue label connect, I have now been waiting 5 months for my device to return from repairs, I called and they said they will call me back to let me no whats going on, till today nothing, becareful they also let your account go into areas of which you will reflect as a bad payer, in this case I never refused to pay, they stopped themselves, this is to gain extra monies from you when they eventually start deducting, meaning you now have to pay arrears monies to, of which this was not my fault, everyone please be careful
Worst service ever, i urge people to stay away from them, they are now putting me in arrears for a phone i dont have, they also never deduct there money as was waiting for them to deduct, now i am in areas, also they blaming me for a crack screen, of which i only sent in the phone for a software problem, its been now 5months that i have not received my phone, please stay away,
The worst server ever, they deduct my monthly payment. Sent no mail or sms to inform me that i still owe them. According to what the said i should pay. I paid it. No other payments was requested. No my wifi is off. I will advise to anyone stay from VUMA
I actually give them a zero rating. I have been double debit with out permission, hence i no i am in arreas but paying the arreas amount and the monthly installment of R389, Now i cant get refunded. I urge people to stay away from this company when ever they call. I will be posting this review on all social media platforms as see this as fruad and they are getting away with this.
